    Here's the secret in every great Trini pot! Packed with fresh, all-natural, organic, gluten-free, vegan ingredients, this green marinade will enhance your meals 1000%! Very simple to make once you have ALL your ingredients.
    INGREDIENTS-
    Garlic - 50
    Cilantro / Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
    Broad-leaf thyme / Spanish thyme / Pudina- about 20 leaves
    Shadow beni/ Bhandhania / Culantro- 1 BIG bundle or about 50 or more leaves
    Chive / green onion- 2 bundles
    Pimento peppers- about 30-40
    Celery- 10 stalks
    Ginger- 1 big piece
    Fine thyme- 1 big bundle
    Parsley- 1 big bundle ( or about 20 to 30 stalks)
    Hot pepper(s)- optional
    Water - just enough to blend everything (about 1 cup)
    *ONION* - I DID NOT USE - But you can use 1/2 to 1 if you are using in the green seasoning and are going to cook right away. I find adding onion tends to spoil the green seasoning mixture alot faster if it is in the fridge, so I do not add to mine. You can always add onions fresh to the pot when sautéing.
