$150? No thanks even if there are specialized sets. Seems like a great set, but the "bunch of stuff" sets never appeal to me. It feels like they have a bunch of lesser sets that they just bundle together. For the money I'd rather have a larger, grander built up set like a building.
JANGBRiCKS i think that the next lego city theme should be savanna theme:) it could be nice to get a lion mold or get the old elephant back!!:) i have the elephant it is very great!!
Our kids (6 and 4 yrs) really really love your videos! Your vocabulary is excellent and descriptions are very in depth making parents like us not minding if they spend time watching your videos. Instead of buying more and more sets, some times we download the instructions online and we build them with existing bricks making it a very crrative exercise.
THAT is one of the better Lego play sets I’ve seen. A great big centerpiece (the helicopter) which can interact with other elements of the set (the Jeep and cargo things) which all have their own uses, as well as a little boat that can interact with the pieces too! They all are their own individual things which work very well on their own, but go together really great. Consider me impressed. Very impressed indeed.
JANGBRICKS Your the best at reviewing, building and making us all realise that we NEED to get LEGO and you inspired me to make my own channel. Once again your the best. ;)
Hay Jang You always mention the odd colour parts that lego often put into there sets and that fine, but to me it really should not be an issue as anyone with a risanble collection of Lego would have the parts in the right colour to match and can easily swap them. Plus this is a kids toy and trust me they really do not care lol. Watching my nephew building the out of colure parts do help him build and follow the instructions 😀👍
I really like the Lego company, I think they have great intentions and really produce amazing things. That being said, I feel that a lot of the kid-focused sets don’t have a great quality, some shortcuts are taken, things that could easily be improved on. BUT that’s ok, because you want to focus them for kids, and the bigger collector sets (Saturn V, UCS Slave 1, etc) I really think are exceptional. But, I think this set really takes it away with quality and playability. Again, love Lego, and I think that they are a phenomenal company. Just saying my thoughts. No offense meant, enjoy the rest of your day :)
I really like the walkway on the side of the boat's cabin. it's a little thing, but the asymmetry and a tiny extra detail that it adds make the otherwise simple thing look a lot nicer.
This Is To Me Is a Starter Set For a Army Base . Just remove and add stuff, and you got a army base . Maybe colour and minifigures . The boat can be a carrier for troops like D-Day . The Helicopter can be a supplie drop ship . The Habour can be a look out tower (just remove the crane). The Jeep can add a self made minigun or just a normal jeep . Terain can be a challege for the minifigures in the jungle . This my idea and opinion , just saying .
I love that we finally got a Lego tiger. I'm just hoping for more Lego animals as we go into 2020. I would love to see a gorilla, lion, hippo, rhino, maybe a new version of the elephant as it's so rare and somewhat dated when compared to modern animals.

Jungle sets, great.Volcano sets, greatForest sets are promising and I'm really looking forward to the mining/quarrying stuff. Not really 'City',but what the "HEY!"
As others have said, this looks like an Osprey, if you manage to get the correct pieces you may be able to perform a MOC for a combat cargo airship. It's weird that the rotors won't turn like the real thing. The "grab" function is outstanding and I did a small MOC for an Imperial landing craft that I have to grab vehicles.
'Imaginative play' Lego City expedites need your help to retrieve supplies for a research outpost. You have plenty of options on how to send pallets. By boat or included in the Sky Crane rack, a 4X4 for traversing the difficult landescapes. Its just a very balanced set
i like how when ever i watch your lego video's i want certain sets because you never fail im 16 and i still use lego's i think nothing is wrong with that
Ive been around for 20 years. in that lifespan, i have come across 3 treasure chests. The 2008 pirate ship, the Indiana Jones gold chest, and my most recent Minecraft chest. I seriously doubt im going to find any more treasure on any more expeditions.... I found 3 gold nuggets in the City Mines tho. As far as money tiles goes, i currently have 6 of them... And a few blank green tiles and jumpers to mix in for filler parts...
Great there's an aircraft that doesn't use the now standard moulded cockpit/nose piece. Plus, seats two minifigures! There should be more aircraft like this.
Seriously, they had to have had the plant from Little Shop of Horrors in mind when they made the fly trap. I like that trap-bridge, that mechanism is pretty slick. Thanks for sharing!!!
5:21 If you look at this funny or heaven's forbid if you breathe on it these motorcycles tend to wanna start to fall over. That part was spontaneous yet so hillarious :D
I really like the design of that cargo carrier the helicopter is supposed to carry. Something about the efficent use of space on the pallets is interesting too. I wonder if the side with the bikes could carry a pallet as well? That way the cargo copter could get all the stuff in on three trips. One for the truck, two for the bikes and the generator, and then the last trip with the two remaining pallets.

Got this when reduced to £80.Always surprising, some LEGO sets are packed with stuff and, yet, others are sooo skimpy.
And to think, for ten more dollars you can get the beautiful Lego Ninjago Movie Destiny's Bounty set. Lego really needs to step up their game for the Lego city sets.
A beautiful set. Why didn't they have this when I was 10. Oh, and technically the "helicopter" due to its fixed lifting surfaces would be called a compound helicopter. An example of this would be the Lockheed AH-56 Cheyenne which used a rotor for vertical lift but small wings for lift when moving forward. I agree about the contra-rotation, though -- this would counteract the inherent torque.
Hi keep on making your videos because you are a great reviewer and I was wondering ,if you haven't already done it, can you review lego creator expert?
Was that a landing craft??? It's so great that LEGO creates sets with vehicles that were inspired by military machines. Anyway this set is great. Good review Jang!
Hey jang fantastic video, this set is much better than i expected it to be. I had a very strange dream last night, where you showed your face in another new video but you gained a ton of weight since last time you did it lol.
too bad the venus flytraps werent around for season 2 of chima. that would've made the sets slightly more interesting, though not enough to save the theme
U know what I wish would make for Lego city is that the helicopters with two rotors is that they put technical things for the rotors to spin them without using your hand and that you can spin both rotors and swoosh it around you know
See or hear something you're not sure about or think may be wrong? *Check the comments to see if it has already been addressed!*
Finnaly, I asked you weeks ago to review it, nice video!
JANGBRiCKS on your way too 900,000 subscribers

JANGBRiCKS You should check out Agents of M.O.C.'s LEGO city. It's HUGE!
JANGBRiCKS i think that the next lego city theme should be savanna theme:) it could be nice to get a lion mold or get the old elephant back!!:) i have the elephant it is very great!!
Vegetarian Tiger: Obsessed with colourful birds. Angry Clone 2.0

lego have been going well recently with set design. all the sets have such cool little details in them that make the set play well and look good.
It made me laugh so much when you snapped the Venus -fly trap and said it was "very dangerous" 😂.
JANGBRICKS Your the best at reviewing, building and making us all realise that we NEED to get LEGO and you inspired me to make my own channel. Once again your the best. ;)
Skull Danger *you're
You're :)
jang: utility boat
me: d-day boat
*casually buys 100 sets for the boats*
I like that 2 figurines can sit side by side in helicopter.
13:36 “You spin me right round, baby, right round”
“Like a record baby”
“Right round, round, round”
Commander Potato lol
This is definitely the best set in this line.
I love it when you get to the interior on any vehicle. I always like to hear whether or not you think its spacious or claustrophobic for minifigs
Tell me not, i outright sleep better at night knowing figs would be comfortable
That boat came straight from D Day June 6 1944
BunnyKing 2004
I wish it were bigger though. A shame it can’t load tan-I mean trucks
Jangbricks your videos are the best when I am sad I come here to watch your videos and you always make me smile😁👍
The bridge and "bear" statue thing really gives some Temple Run vibes
Hay Jang You always mention the odd colour parts that lego often put into there sets and that fine, but to me it really should not be an issue as anyone with a risanble collection of Lego would have the parts in the right colour to match and can easily swap them. The boat looks like the landing craft American troops used to land at Normandy to liberate Europe during World War Two.
NarwhalRanger Productions
I was thinking the same thing XD
Oracle Gaming so was I
Such a shame it’s too small to load any tanks or jeeps
love the humor in this, esp regarding the dirt bikes!
looks like a Jurassic World recovery team
I really like the Lego company, I think they have great intentions and really produce amazing things. Man, that utility hull is the single best thing in the set. I want one in olive for a military moc.
AmazinglyIdiotic
Nah I’d make a larger one that can load tanks
I'd like to see lego city do more than just cars plans and boats. Love to see more buildings like a school and so forth
SA Brennan yaaaaassssssssss
Ex: Post office, gym, school, park (playground) and town hall. +1000's more
SA Brennan The Creator series has a lot of usable buildings for Lego City applications as well.
Lego lacks so much in buildings. Most of them are bad however because of open backs
it's been a while since I genuinely wanted a City set
I really like the walkway on the side of the boat's cabin. it's a little thing, but the asymmetry and a tiny extra detail that it adds make the otherwise simple thing look a lot nicer.
Geez, this set is full of features
I love this set! A lot to do in this one, and that helicopter, quite impressive! Lots of minifigs in there as well, very cool!

it cilll be cool if you make a video connecting all the old temples it will be cool see how it look
Ive waited so long for this

Jungle sets, great.Volcano sets, greatForest sets are promising and I'm really looking forward to the mining/quarrying stuff. Not really 'City',but what the "HEY!"
it looks like a mix of a V22 Osprey and a Sikorsky Skycrane
what i loved about this wave was that they didnt just make a big vehicle but a lot of medium to small sized
On a helicopter, the turbines provide power for the rotor systems; they aren't propulsive jet engines
19:00 it looks really laid back and relaxed
18:50 "Feed me, Seymour."
21:30 "Walk Like an Egyptian."
As others have said, this looks like an Osprey, if you manage to get the correct pieces you may be able to perform a MOC for a combat cargo airship. Luis E Morales Falcon
Nah I say it’s a Sikorsky S-64 with the wings, engines and tail from a Mil Mi-12, especially since it’s not a tiltrotor
This Lego series looks great! Thanks for amazing review, greetings from Slovakia.
are you going to update the lego zoo with these new cats
Amazing LEGO set!!
'Imaginative play'
Lego City expedites need your help to retrieve supplies for a research outpost. You have plenty of options on how to send pallets. By boat or included in the Sky Crane rack, a 4X4 for traversing the difficult landescapes. Its just a very balanced set
This would make a great d day set
i like how when ever i watch your lego video's i want certain sets because you never fail im 16 and i still use lego's i think nothing is wrong with that
It's Lego not legos
That helicopter can drop tanks in the battle field like the republic dropship in Star Wars, I wonder is that in real life.
You work at stcatherines don't you?
M Lau maybe
That'd be awesome!
Me and my sister would love this
I just realized your the URC guy. No wonder I like this channel.
You are the best reviewer on anything I also love your music store laser tag moc to
3:44 it's a pick up truck! (Pun *ALWAYS* intended)
Brick Boy763 lol
i love how lego does octan in everything, like here the oil/feul cans!
Ive been around for 20 years. in that lifespan, i have come across 3 treasure chests. The 2008 pirate ship, the Indiana Jones gold chest, and my most recent Minecraft chest.

Agreed!
Also agreed
Me to

5:21 If you look at this funny or heaven's forbid if you breathe on it these motorcycles tend to wanna start to fall over.
That part was spontaneous yet so hillarious :D
I don't necessarily play or watch many Lego themed things anymore, but ill still watch you
Hola JANGBRiCKS me gustan muchos tu videos eres el mejor

Got this when reduced to £80.Always surprising, some LEGO sets are packed with stuff and, yet, others are sooo skimpy.
7:23 I mean I guess that could be used if you wanted to build some of those boats that was used on D-day
This is a solid playset. I would have really wanted this as a kid.
Jangbrick, it would appear you are right, but I would like if they had put the engine to rotate forward instead of a second engine.
northwind place Yeah, that's what I thought it was when I first saw it.
I wonder what all of the jungle sets would look like together 🤔
That lego machete is really nice
WilhelmScreamer the best part is that each set has spare machetes.
The tail of the hybrid helicopter was really confusing but otherwise it was a really fun build.
And to think, for ten more dollars you can get the beautiful Lego Ninjago Movie Destiny's Bounty set. Lego really needs to step up their game for the Lego city sets.
This would go well with my old Dino sets
I get a lot of Crash Bandicoot vibes out of that venus fly trap
That tower and terrain things would really fit in the Jurassic Park/ world theme
U should do a video with all the jungle sets
A Lego machete now all I need is a hockey mask and my Lego Jason voorhes will be complete
A beautiful set. Why didn't they have this when I was 10. Oh, and technically the "helicopter" due to its fixed lifting surfaces would be called a compound helicopter. David
Also called transverse rotors, like the Mi-12
This set is amazing
I really want all of the jungle exploration sets
The chopper makes me think of a modern interpretation of the Focke-Achgelis Fa 223 Drache
Hi keep on making your videos because you are a great reviewer and I was wondering ,if you haven't already done it, can you review lego creator expert?
Jang I love your videos
The crane reminded me to much of the old dinosour hunter taranadon set with the watch tower and peer
t Rex *too much, *pier
I actually love nature so this would be a great set for me 🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯🐯🐒🐒🐒🐒🐒
I am going to get this set soon i watched it just to make sure about the size and scale
The 4X4 has a very Polaris vibe
thank u so much for reviewing this set i wanted ur opinion on it coz i might purchase it for my birthday
Was that a landing craft??? It's so great that LEGO creates sets with vehicles that were inspired by military machines. Anyway this set is great. Good review Jang!
11:30, 12:40 I sold the fourth wall for scrap years ago, after breaking it way too many times!
Lol
Lol
Hey jang fantastic video, this set is much better than i expected it to be.
I had a very strange dream last night, where you showed your face in another new video but you gained a ton of weight since last time you did it lol.
That drop helicopter looks like an American military osprey
Edward Samson
I say it looks like an S-64 with an Mi-12 p’s engines
Jangry Clone Face :O
If you swap the orange bits for gray peices it would look like a small Higgins boat
I can't wait for Jang to get to 1 mil!! so close
"Heaven forbid you breathe on it!" Hahahahahahahhahahah!!!!!!!!!!
Right when I saw this comment he said it lol
too bad the venus flytraps werent around for season 2 of chima. that would've made the sets slightly more interesting, though not enough to save the theme
the flytrap is the king of all flytraps
This set, oh this set, it's pretty cool.
U know what I wish would make for Lego city is that the helicopters with two rotors is that they put technical things for the rotors to spin them without using your hand and that you can spin both rotors and swoosh it around you know
Carrie Tyler
That would ruin the aesthetic but I guess City has lost all interest in aesthetics now... this is one of few good recent City sets
That looks AWESOME
Cool Set.
Waited ages for this review 😭😭
Thank you Jang
The Jangs!
i knew you were gonna say the green pieces
I miss the older chrome gold coins they used.
Courage
Yeah, they along with the old pirate sets were awesome
Hey another great review, just out of curiosity, what do you do with your sets after you do your reviews on them?
622Superman he hangs on to them for a bit. Afterwards he usually donates the sets or takes them apart for other mocs
Sometimes he puts them in his city for a while, others he disassembles or donates like the person above said.
