You only put your video games in poly bags and bubble sleeves? You must get a lot of returns for damaged video games. I ship every one of my video games in 9x6x2 shipping boxes.

@phoenixasheslevelup Hey Phoenix, we've had less than 5 game returns this year due to damage caused in transit. Usually, we ship games that value above $15 in boxes with bubble wrap. Sometimes we ship cheaper games in boxes if the customer appears to be an avid collector, or leave a message regarding packaging. Thanks for the comment!

@ I only sell video games on eBay so maybe it’s easier for me. I got in the habit that when I ship games I ship them all the same exact method. I bubble wrap two layers and put it in the shipping box. My motto is “treat all customers as if they just bought a thousand dollar item.” My reviews definitely reflect it. I’ve shipped thousands of games this year and not had a single issue with damaged games in transit.

@phoenixasheslevelup Thank you very much. Read the description on your channel and subbed, didn't see any videos posted yet but hopefully sometime in the future?

@phoenixasheslevelup well that's definitely a good way to think about it. Perhaps I'll switch things up regarding my shipping process for the video games. I was looking into dvd mailer boxes a while back, think I might go that way.
