@phoenixasheslevelup Hey Phoenix, we've had less than 5 game returns this year due to damage caused in transit. Usually, we ship games that value above $15 in boxes with bubble wrap. Sometimes we ship cheaper games in boxes if the customer appears to be an avid collector, or leave a message regarding packaging. Thanks for the comment!

@ I only sell video games on eBay so maybe it’s easier for me. I got in the habit that when I ship games I ship them all the same exact method. I bubble wrap two layers and put it in the shipping box. My motto is “treat all customers as if they just bought a thousand dollar item.” My reviews definitely reflect it. I’ve shipped thousands of games this year and not had a single issue with damaged games in transit.

@jhondoe8728 We have our shelves numbered in order, each section/bin on the shelf has a letter assigned and then each item is numbered in sequence. For instance an item placed on shelf 83 in bin C and assigned the number 43 would have a SKU of "83-C-43" assigned to it. Hope that makes some sense.

I believe it. This store has a constant pile outside the donation doors sitting in the elements because they are unable to process it all fast enough.
