Its funny how videos and pictures really do not do this car justice at all. I am about to buy one. When I went to go look at it I was like "I know its nice but lets see it" but now... Omg its 10x nicer then a picture or video can show. But also, the one Im about to buy has tinted windows which gives the car a different feel from some of the pure stock ones.
To clear everything up, The Q50 and Q70 are the new Sedans, and the Q60 is the same old coupe because they are still working to release the next generation. The concept is out and if you hold off a year or two, it will be the updated Q60 to match the new sedans. Also, cars are Q(#) and SUV/crossovers are QX(#)
I had a 2008 G37 Sport coupe...great car but it was getting on in miles (75k), some dings and the dash starting melting! Yeah, it's a huge flaw in that year. There's a class action suit I found after I traded it in. Loved the car so I took a test drive in a Q60. Nice car but the SAME car for more money...newer of course. And I wanted a coupe...hard to find. I had a beautiful blue 2008 that people would come up and comment on how pretty a car it was. So now they have black, silver, grey and white. After taking the test drive I was not convinced that I wanted to spring for all that money to get a car almost exactly like what I had in a color I didn't like as much with no major changes and less horsepower. To make this a little shorter, I hunted for about 6 months and bought a used (no accidents on car fax), slate blue 2013 G37 IPL (348 horsepower) with 24k miles on it. Still under warranty. The only thing I didn't get was the NAV. Has backup camera, sonar, everything the above has except the inside woodlike trim. Although with the IPL (infiniti performance line) You get the spoiler that's the same color as the car--I actually liked the chrome better. All this for my trade ($15k) plus $20k. So shop around and don't let the name fool you.
Wow a 2008 G37s coupe with a few minor cosmetic updates to the bumpers and the interior buttons (only on the console) and he talks about it on this video as if it's something new. The 19" 10 spoke rims on the 2008/2009 were a lot sexier too! For god's sake Infiniti when will you release the new Q60 coupe already!!! This is disgraceful for car company- same damn coupe since 2008! 7 years! People like John Rush @ driveradio are still reviewing the 7 year old coupe! Please STOP THE MADNESS!
I have driven the new Red Sport and it is quicker, but to be frank, I'll keep my 2014. Actually, I prefer the older G35. I'm not a fan of all the electronics.. I am more of a 'stick and rudder' kind of driver. But that's just me.
Q50 is an updated G37. The Q60 is exactly the same as the G37 coupe.
Certainly a beautiful and desirable car. Definitely one of the cars I'd like to own one day.
Žonatan Rivera did u buy one now?

Marlene Tighe if I have money, i would get IPL too. congrats to your IPL.
If you say the "80" is an SUV, then it would be a "QX80"; this Q vs QX was the whole point of the name scheme changing,,,,,so,,,,yeah.
nice
That almost the same price as a Lexus RC Fsport.
Not even close the Q60 is $40K, RC F is $62K.
*2014
