    Thanks so much. It is very useful for me. I AM doing it twice a day and also in between for the shorter periods It helps separate from the chatter in the head that caused the painful depression that lasted for years. Now is gone because the mind is purified. God bless you and Michael Brown and your work.

    It accompanies me every time in my breaths :).
    Is it possible to share with me the title of the music at the beginning? Because I saw in the description that it was Dear Gravity but I can't find the title.

      Yes, I believe the title was Eidolon, slightly slowed down.
      Available through Artlist, but possibly elsewhere as well.
      In case you wouldn’t find it please send me an email and I’m happy to send it to you.
      All the best and good success on the process 🙏🏽🎑

    Hello, I was originally doing the meditation twice a day as the spanish version indicated, which was by repeating the conscious response internally, not the "I am here now on this" mantra that I've seen in YT Videos and in the latest edition of the book. I think it is because only the first edition was translated, but I want to make sure about the following: should then I only repeat mentally every week while in meditation "I AM HERE NOW ON THIS", and within the day the conscious response? I think the spanish translation doesn't explain well this part.

    • @autenticna5614
      @autenticna5614 Год назад +2

      All ten weeks we use the same mantra 🙏

    • @mahayoga
      @mahayoga  11 месяцев назад +2

      Exactly, “I am here now in this” in the meditations for all the ten weeks.
      And then the conscious responses for weekly engagement with any synchronicities along the way 🙏🏽
      And my apologies for the late response, I trust that you found the right application anyways.
      Much love and thank you 🌅

    I wonder if you can clarify something I never fully understood from the book. Does one link the conscious response for the entire practice, or only at the beginning? And is it imperative?

    • @mahayoga
      @mahayoga  2 года назад +6

      Good questions!
      Yes, according to the book the conscious response is linked throughout the entire practice.
      Wether it is imperative or not is hard to say.
      Initially probably yes and in support of the whole process.
      Later on it could be an idea to continue breathing exercises similar or like this linked with one’s own Mantra or phrase.
      Hope that helps 🙏🏽

    • @mahayoga
      @mahayoga  Год назад +3

      Great questions, yes, so according to Michael breathing in a way that is comfortable for you!
      I only breathe in this way because it’s what I know and have become familiar with from Yoga practice.
      But it definitely doesn’t need to be audible.
      And both the inhalation and exhalation through the nose would be ideal 🙏🏽✨

    I always find my out breath to be longer than these videos, it feels as though I need to breathe out longer to free up space in my lungs. How do you keep the in breathe and out breathe so even?

    • @Nick-jq3gh
      @Nick-jq3gh Год назад

      Interesting, I always find my out breathe to be shorter than the videos. I just remember what the book says, something like “simply release the breathe, which requires no effort. Imagine water falling from a fountain”, and that feels right for me.

    • @mahayoga
      @mahayoga  Год назад +7

      I used a metronome to record the audio track.
      Personally my exhalation is also longer then the inhalation most times.
      Yet for the practice it might be somewhat beneficial to not to breathe out for too long as it can increase the chances of guiding the body into a state slightly too restful (which is good of course, just not maybe quite the intention?!)

    Merhaba, 7. Haftayı bitiremeden bırakmak zorunda kaldım. Devam edecek olsaydım; 8. Haftada olacaktım. Yeniden devam etmek istiyorum. 7. Haftayı tekrarlayarak mı devam etmeliyim? Yoksa sıfırdan mı başlamalıyım?

    • @mahayoga
      @mahayoga  Год назад +1

      Merhaba, 7. haftayla yeniden başlamanın kesinlikle sorun olmadığını söyleyebilirim. Birinci haftadan başlamaya gerek yok ama 7. hafta henüz tamamlanmadıysa 8. haftaya başlamadan önce oraya tekrar girerdim.
      Çünkü su da dahil olmak üzere önemli bir hafta ve bu haftanın bilinçli tepkisine göre hala görülecek bir şeyler olabilir.
