There are a lot of different factors including, supply and demand for the item, sold comps, how much I paid for it, seasonality, etc. I definitely don't price JUST on comps

No, I have a store subscription! I do the lowest tier subscription
@@faithhommes3902 the lowest tier is 4.95/month but its the same as free store. they both offer 250 listings/month. so why would i pay 4.95?
