What?
@@Tasht67Some of Cap's hits don't do anything to Loki, though if the other commenter is right it might be from other means than being a frost giant. He was raised in Asgard after all, could be his armor is actually more advanced than Iron-Man even if there aren't weapons in them, or he has magic enhancing him significantly, or he's just grown strong simply growing up in Asgard.
On the other hand the power levels are pretty inconsistent, Cap can still eventually push him around a little, and in the Loki series the TVA agents seem to be able to handle him at least almost as an equal most of the time even though all of them appear to be humans, not sure how much they change by working for the TVA beyond living for eons apparently.

Did anyone ever actually call Tony Stark "Iron Man" when they were addressing him when he was armored up as Iron Man?
@@mannyt214 I don’t think cap would be annoyed by that
Cap wasn't getting his ass kicked, he was pretty solidly holding his own against a quite powerful opponent who, let's not forget, had a fucking Infinity Stone in that scepter of his. Tony knocked Loki out of the fight, maybe, but Loki was busy with Cap when Ironman arrived, so it wasn't like you can compare Steve's and Tony's performances in this case. (Plus, Loki always meant to be taken in, so it's entirely possible this was just the point when he felt he'd made it look realistic enough to go along.)
The old man standing up to loki is honestly the real star of this scene. It shows that even when evil rises up there will always be someone willing to stand up and take to opose that evil

@@sujithnavabothu802 guess it would be cap is way behind on modern combat and is outdated.
I understand what Loki(The TV show) was going for, but god I hate how nerfed he was in that show. Plus he just seemed kinda… meh, as a character mostly carried by Tom Hiddleston’s acting.
@@sujithnavabothu802 From what I can gather, he lost to the TVA because they can manipulate time. He lost to Sylvie enchanting the humans because she likely has just as much experience as him, and perhaps her enchantment spell makes them stronger. He lost the train fight because he was drunk, and there were lots of them.
But the show does also show him being strong. It did a great job of showing off his magic, and his fighting experience, of not strength. It even showed him lift an entire collapsing building (or perhaps reverse it in time a bit), no mere feat.
So while I do concede he was probably more nerfed than he should have been, there are (mostly) logical explanations for him losing so much.

@Pat Terson the US was hardly involved in World War 2? Buddy you need a major history lesson
@Pat Terson listen buddy the US was involved a lot to turn order to maybe not in the beginning but we supported we gave amunition, weapons, fuel everything that Great Britain needed to stay on its feet later we when we finally joined we joined Like A Champion Fighter coming out swinging after the attack on Pearl Harbor we were just ready we help with D-Day we helped liberate France we've pushed into Germany hell we even fought with some Germans against the wafin SS so you're telling me that the u.s. is barely involved it really was because of us Britain would have been gone France unfortunately was over taken by then the only real power that stood against Germany was Russia but we stepped in and we Pinscher attacked basically so if your telling me that the us took credit when we were barley involved then your just a troll or an idiot and if we were barley involved then tell me how did we lose 400 thousand men we lost more men then great Britain and France the only ally that lost more was Russia.

They get you hooked with wholesome, heroic stuff like this. Then, inevitably, you get She Hulk.
Wholesome? Ehhh, no. This is Marvel, not Sunday school.
She-Hulk is great you illiterate buffoon..
@@TheaterPup what's wrong with heroism? Everyone loves a hero story, and it gives younger folk something to aspire to. Or would you not want your children looking up to someone with the integrity of Cap, or the intellect of Tony? Compared to most of what's put out there these days, I'd say the MCU passes for wholesome.

The best part. That slight head movement Tony makes while greeting Cap....... BOSS!👑🙌🏽
Old man has bigger balls than the entire Avengers roster combined.
Nick Craig how?
Doesn't have the strength of the Hulk, power of a God, a suit of armor protecting him, or a super soldier serum running through his veins and yet he refused to kneel, knowing it would mean his death.
wrong
Sure he was, but I and the OP were referring to the old man that refused to kneel, not Steve.
clash5j "The entire Avengers roster combined" includes Steve.
"Mr. Stark"
"Captain"
Legendary.
Robert Downey jr is so good at his part
Its all CG but ok.
dude14377 fuck out of here, he does the mo cap. Better actor and more talented than you'll ever be. Learn to respect hard work - especially when it provides worthy entertainment.
kitty kat shut the fuck up fanboy kid. Its still fucking cgi. Who ever said I didnt respect it. RDJ is great at his role, but what OP said suggested he thought of the entrance which isnt true.
dude14377 nah, get your bitchy attitude out of here. It still has his voice, inflection, and some of the movements are his. You would've never made that comment if you knew what it takes to act. It's as idiotic as saying "it's just makeup" or "it's just sfx" when looking at Beast from batb or Dr. Manhattan. Rdj is phenomenal as iron man. Op's statement doesn't specify that he's reffering to this scene, it's a general statement, and you agree with it. Your comment is pointless.
kitty kat You need to chill out. Trying to insult me makes you look a lot worse pal. I never once dismissed the work put into acting so putting words into my mouth makes you look stupid.
You are also misinterpreting what I am saying. Instead of furiously mashing your keyboard, take time to understand what I said.
As for OPs statement, this statement was clearly influenced by this scene. I was solely referring to the entry he made.
I love how cap struggles fighting basically anything in this movie because he’s just not a modern fighter yet without modern styles of hand to hand combat. He’s all boxing and straight up brawling which gets him knocked around a bunch. Fast forward to winter soldier and civil war and he’s a whole ass MMA fighter with pro wrestling moves lol.
Probably got training from the Widow
@@bobojo37 he definitely did, he uses peoples weight against them all the time. Especially in his fight against Tony when he just overhead slams him into cement because his rocket boots are turned on. He definitely learned all those moves from black widow because everyone she fights is bigger than her, so she would be the best teacher.
Isn't Loki just much stronger than Cap in general?
@@m4x927 yeah probably I mean loki is a god (sort of) versus just a regular man with super soldier serum. But idk cap is also strong enough to at least stop thanos from closing his hand with the gauntlet so I can’t imagine getting punched by him feels good. He also punched thanos in the face in that scene and thanos’ face still jerked upward so I’d imagine cap is at least strong enough to make loki not feel good when he punches him. A vibranium shield helps as well, that certainly hurts to be smacked with regardless of who you are.
