I love how confidently he takes off the armour, looks straight at Loki while doing it.
This is what I love about Tony. He'll fight head on, even when he knows he can't win alone. Even in Infinity War, Tony was the only one who walked right up to Thanos, fought him head on and made him bleed.

I'll never forget being in the theater on opening day watching this with my son and hearing "We have a Hulk" and the audience yelled.
This is the Iron Man I love. Still love the Infinity War, Endgame, etc. versions, but I always preferred this more mechanical version. Feels more like “Iron Man.”

Okay physically this scene makes no sense.
Loki threw Tony at 2:45 and he reached the ground at 3:08. So it took Tony 23 seconds to fall from the top of the Avenger building to the ground. The velocity of a falling object is calculated by the formula: v = g x t (g represents the acceleration due to gravity and t represents time in free fall).
We have another formula to calculate the length which the object falls: s = 1/2(g x t^2).
So, with the formulas given and New York’s gravitational acceleration (9.8 m/s^2), we can calculate the velocity of Tony’s falling up to the point he reaches the ground:
v = 9.8 x 23 = 225.4 m/s = 0.5 mph
With a velocity like that and the iron suit suddenly stopped him, he should have been dead due to his organs just got slapped to his chest.
Also, Tony fell for 23 seconds, so the height of Stark tower is 1/2 x 9,8 x 23^2 = 2592m = 8202ft. And according to the fandom website, the Stark tower was only 1130ft (344.5m).

Bit late, but you did forget to account for extra cinematography for the armor transformation showcase. If you take a look, you could see the background of certain scenes have repeating details, which leads to my conclusion it was kinda "lagging back" to showcase more of the armor. Thus, making it feel like 23 seconds, thus i feel we should include an uncertainty amount of 11 seconds.

Its interesting. Loki says that Tony should've kept his armor on if he wanted to intimidate him, but I think the fact that Tony not only took the armor off, but also asked Loki if he wanted a drink makes him far more threatening, since the lack of fear from Tony makes it almost seem like Loki is in fact powerless, which, of course, is the one thing Loki probably doesnt want to feel like. Shown even more when he attempts to mind control Tony, fails, and chucks him out of a window in rage.

thelightningwave umm that’s not what’s happening here, Loki is trying to use the Mind Stone on a piece of machinery which would do nothing since it doesn’t have a mind of its own. So since Loki never actually touched Tony with it, he was never affected by the mind stone. It’s not that the arc reactor was as powerful as an infinity stone
