I absolutely adore Rhodey’s older suits. The hefty look really sells that the suit is ready for war
I always figured it was that bulky cause the bullets had to be stored somewhere. I mean his only offense is ammunition so he will need a ton of it.

Pretty fuckin' light, given how long Don's been War Machine. It's a shame, War Machien is a great character and Don's an incredible actor and I think they're going to waste.
Endgame was the first time he had a good amount of screen time and material to work with since Iron Man 3.
The suit itself only had that much screen time, Rhodes had a lot more scene of himself outside of the suit

Infinity War War Machine was the best. It’s just so bulky, powerful, and it’s just the perfect iteration of War Machine in my opinion
Fitting usage of the character's theme/concept in the big fight too. Showed that the War Machine armor can perform the role of close-air support, anti-armor platform, Heavy artillery, long range covering fire, and ground infantry all at once. The armor can fill almost any role in a modern military deployment and can instantly switch to a different role as the battle progresses.
I wish we actually got to see the 3 iron people work together it would’ve been really cool considering how differently they fight
Like how war machine prefers suppressive fire and medium range combat compared to Tony’s much more close up pulse and laser centric fighting style

I'm not a soldier myself but from all 've heard they will usually go straight to the simplest and most practical solution to solving a problem or accomplishing their objective, no matter how strange or stupid it may seem at first glance, and generally dislike over-complicating things that can be solved with blunt methods.

When you actually think about it, War Machine was so much more valuable than other members of the avengers in certain instances. His ability to just cause mass destruction with machine guns and explosions is worth so much more than Captain America (in big battle scenes like Wakanda etc)

Idk man I think it'd take away from the whole purpose-built killing machine vibe they were going for in the beginning. Besides, his main draw has always been conventional (by in-universe standards) weaponry slapped onto a stark technologies suit as opposed to Tony's use of more provisional tech.

I like the two ways the suits were taken.
Tony, creator of the technology and an engineer at heart, was ALWAYS looking to make the suits smaller, sleeker, eliminating weaknesses. The Nanotech was the final, most powerful technology possible.
Rhodes, being a soldier, was always wearing a bipedal tank, opting for heavy armor and ballistic weapons over all of the future-tech.

there should`ve been scenes where they added war machine in the final battle of avengers 1 that way we could see more of him in action in either the war machine armor before the iron patriot paint job or in the iron patriot paint job before iron man 3 happened than waiting for him to return 3 and 5 years later but i`ll be looking forward to seeing him again even more in armor wars......IF I GET ANY FURTHER INFORMATION OF THE SERIES
