Was wondering the same on my first few thoughts, but looking back at it, Tony's palm-sized reactor is practically covers his whole body in IW and Endgame, so a tiny piece if what Doc got was more than enough to split into small segments on every arm he has
Maybe the idea is not that the nano bots _cover_ all that metal of Doc, but _reprogram_ it. Or, like, "reforge" or whatever? So it's less overgrowing and more overriding?
maybe it's about density? in peter's case all he has is nanomachines, so it has to be a thick layer for protection in doc's case he already has the robot arms, so they just spread around in a thin layer
This scene will forever be peak Spider-Man for me. The banter. The combat. Peter caring for civilians. The fact that Peter never lands a punch on Otto, cause the screenwriters knew he’s still just a person, but his arms are more than enough to keep up with Peter’s powers.
Has anybody else ever wondered how did Doc Oct survive any combat from Spiderman when he never got "super villain strength". He only got 4 mechanical arms but that never meant he could now withstand pain and could hurt Spiderman with his punches
Those 4 mechanical arms are probably controlling his psyche to withstand the pain of his punches. Also, Peter holds back a lot. A serious hit coming from him will decapitate someone
@@Fei-Chan I never thought about that but I remember seeing him hurting Spiderman with his own punches and it just don't seem like those mechanical arms can give him that kind of strength
Everyone says Toby is the strongest Spider-Man, but look at how easy he catches the car here, then he moves his hands while restrained and rips 2 cars 30 ft off the ground and with enough force to dent the freeway signs frame, again, with his hands restrained, and then catches another car, I feel like Tom’s Spider-Man’s strength is pretty underestimated
At first glance this scene looks cool but then you realize that the weight of all the things that Doc Ock’s arms are carrying should be SNAPPING his back in half
4:34 i honestly dont get how she thought he was a hero instead of someone who is with the bad guys Like, he literally had access to his tech on sum mysterio shiiii He couldve easily fooled everyone Plus, that was the narrative of the whole ending from ffh, that he is a master manipulator Im surprised thats all it took
@ just a day earlier, he was being called a villain manipulator The next day he happens to be in the bridge where this lady is and a villain attacks which he happens to hack his weapons How did that not seem sketchy to her?
As much as I like this movie, they relied too hard on references. "The power of the sun and the palm of my hand, it's gone" Dude what? Your Fusion reactor is gone. The power of the sun in the palm of your hands, is just something you said to yourself while you're using it. Peter didn't hear you say it. 999 what's your emergency? "It's gone. My vroom vroom, I'm fast! It's gone!" You mean your car is gone? "Yeah that thing."
I'm afraid You're brainless, he literally Said my machine. If he referred as power of the sun, Peter couldn't care less, he heard the machine part. Pointless comment
@187dp187 its epic really when the past villain/spiderman came, interact or fight, not because the scene is great, but that because its awesome to see them again in a marvel movie
I found it rather enjoyable even without the nostalgia(I was never really attached to the previous spidermen). the dialogue was actually sorta normal, didn’t feel as forced as other films(thor l&t).plus I genuinely believe that if the movie was truly “awful”, the nostalgia wouldn’t be enough for people to turn a blind eye.
@suntzu2508 well, honestly its hard to openly says criticism when the thing you want to criticize is massively beloved, mr beast for example, everyone loved him, nobody dared to point out that he might not be all great, now that everyone dont really like him, a lot of people now criticize mr beast for things he had done. Also L&T is straight up trash, please don't compare your future movies to that.
YOUR BLUETOOTH DEVICE IS READY TO PAIR
HAHAH
There is no grand design. No script. Only the choices we make. Yet our choices are so predictable, they merely make you seem prescient.
Bro got defeated by Bluetooth
The fact that Tobey Maguire’s Spiderman fought him without all this tech is a testimony to his strength.

Doc: "Looks like we've got competition" 😏
Spider-Man: "Activate instant kill" 👹
I don’t understand how that little bit of material Doc took from him is enough to spread across EVERY segment of EACH arm he has 😂
I’d assume because the nanotechnology can spread. Tony uses tiny draw strings in his sweater to suit up in infinity war 🤷♀️
NANOMACHINES SON

Spider-Man being saved by a billionaires suit is just hilarious
