    I got my temporal lobes pulsating. It happens every so often throughout the day. When I’m laying down, it’s not as active. When I get up, one side may do it. Later, the other side. I don’t have pain. Sometimes I feel normal until one side just pulsates. I’m going to the dentist soon cause I chew on my gums. I need dentures and been stressed out about it. Sometimes the side of my face tingles, but other times it barely happens. I don’t have stiffness or pain in my body. It’s just my freaking lobes pulsating at times! Do you have any idea?

      It was anxiety. My anxiety also effected my blood pressure. It was a long road, but Jesus got me through it! To make matters worse during that time, my blood pressure monitor readings were off making my anxiety worse! I went to a cardiologist. My heart was fine! I was blood pressure reading was 120/* (forgot the other number). I was like, "What's going on?" After trail and error, I realized my anxiety had taken control. I didn't want medications cause many people said, "They were no good." I prayed and just turned it over to Jesus! My feet were burning and tingling at times! Now, my feet BARELY tingles. It only does it now because I got a pinched nerve due to scoliosis. When I tell you, "My anxiety is gone, Jesus knocked it out the park!" I prayed every three hours, took my favorite verses quoting them throughout the day, did communion at home, and believed. In about 2-3 weeks, my symptoms decreased drastically! I noticed my mind being more clear. My eyesight even became more vivid. I was actually nervous at one point because I felt normal! My body became so calm, I was scared because I use to feeling the tingling and shakes. My blood pressure went from 150-156/86 to 116-135/80 or something. I'm telling you what worked for me! I don't know your belief. You may go to a physician or psychiatrist. Jesus took my afflictions away! No lie! It was a battle cause the mind at times will try to remember the pain even though the body's fine!

      hey Peter. Hot or cold or cream can also help but each usually has different effects on different people. So best thing is to try them one at a time and see how you feel. You may also want to look at trigger points coming from other areas. A lot of people can get that constant pain coming from the 'suboccipital trigger points' or the 'upper trapezius trigger points'. I have other videos for those muscles also so feel free ot check them out or just google those terms and you'll get much more info on that.

    hi, can the temporalis muscle just spasm randomly? Been having pressure/fullness in the temporalis for a month but the doctors don't have any answers.It will have these weird sensations about 15x per day, they don't last super long, but it's annoying. And it bothers me at night, too. I am under more stress and anxiety than normal. Can it all be related? I'm also a teeth clencher!

    • @WizardofhealthNetResource
      @WizardofhealthNetResource  8 лет назад +12

      +Stephanie C hi Stephanie. First of all, good for you to get it seen by your doctors. I always recommend that someone rule out any serious underlying pathologies first.
      Spasm of the temporalis rarely happens by itself, unless there are other factors involved, including stress and TMJ issues. You may want to look at some of your TMJ muscles and see if they refer pain to the temporalis area. If you have headaches, they can also be produced by the temporalis muscle in addition to the neck muscles (occipitals, Sternocliedomastoid, etc.)
      the key is to palpate ALL structures to see if it recreates your pain or symptoms, and then begin to treat them. The good thing is that it's been only a month and that you've let your doctors know. If it's muscle related, it may be easier to treat since it's recent. Good luck!

    Please could you respond. My temproalis muscles are giving me soo much discomfort I can't even wash my hair. I have shouulder neck and back pain also. The headaches were so bad I was being sick but I haven't gotten them in a while. The muscles in my head are all out of place and depending on how and what way i massage them, I'll get sharp stabbing pains and at the bottom of my skull or shoulder. My facial features are all out of place. My shoulder blades too. I can't go to the doctor or anything like that because I have severe agoraphobia :😢 please do you have any idea what's wrong or how exactly I should massage the temproalis? Do you think the temproalis is where the problem is coming from? Thank you❤

      Did you manage to solve it, or at least ease it a bit?

    I went surfing and while trying to catch a wave I fell of the board only to hit the side of my temple. I felt a snap sound and when I got out of the water there was pain as usual from the impact. The next few days I felt a bulge on the temporalis muscles that hasn't gone away. It's painfully tender to the touch and prevents me from opening my mouth all the way. Can you help me with a solution please? I'm not getting headaches, only the bulge on my left temple and painfully tender to the touch.

      @@guysoumah3989 i’m not quite sure. I’ve been to the dentist and I’m aware of a tooth problem I have with an impacted wisdom tooth that can’t be removed due to complications with the nerves beneath. My dentist thought it might be the tooth that’s pressuring the other tooth’s and the nerves, since I cannot remove the wisdom tooth he suggested removing the tooth in front of that one which will take away the twitching and the pressure in the head. Still no pain. But no my twitching has disappeared.. and now I’m mostly a little dizzy at times and just feeling like my head weights 40 kilos. So I’m not quite sure if it is the teeth or if it’s the tooth causing everything..

      @@taherguerbej Hi. Thanks, and yes i’m doing much better. After getting a CT-scan my brain showed nothing wrong. So at least I could rule out something with my brain. I think after that I just began to stress down a little, and it went away for perhaps a week or two. Then I started taking more vitamins and magnesium after that it has only appeared from time to time, when I’m really stressed or feeling anxious it seems. But usually it lasts for just a few minutes now or an hour but than it disappeares. And usually stays away for up to a week or a month. My doctor recommends me to try some Botox in the temporalis muscle if it continues over time and affects too much but for now it’s all right. But I really recommend to just get a CT scan to be sure there’s nothing visible there, and just run a few blood tests. If nothing shows up I think must of us can focus on stress-relief and less scary stuff. Because I was really worried before I got my results. Best of luck 🤞
