My best suggestion would be to find shoes that don’t create hot spots (unlike those seen in this video). This can sometimes be hard to determine when buying shoes and might only become apparent after many miles of use. If you get blisters, the best solution is to protect your feet with moleskin. amzn.to/3BPTXtr Cheers.
Hi, i bought these and love them, for longer runs (over 10k) i get a little bite on the heel only of my right foot. would you recommend any ways to avoid this?
You seem to have the exact same issue as me. In my two attempts running in this shoes I couldn’t avoid a blister from happening on my right foot. The best thing to try would be to let your skin to heal, and attempt running with a moleskin: amzn.to/3XPkVde That being said, a shoe should not injure you like that.
How to avoid back heel blisters plz
Are you asking?

try some thick moleskin. i had to put a piece on the adidas adios pro 3 to avoid blisters
Yep. But a good shoe should not work this way.
