    Amazing. Thank you so much Hannah! I have had a lovely day today, but have been go go go - lots of creative ideas coming through and lots of fun work happening. However, this left me a bit frazzled and overstimulated, bordering on anxious. This exercise has helped me drop right back into my body. Thank you 💜

    Amazing video ! Been using this after stressful days, after intense workouts and before bed. And definitely notice a major difference in my breathing and calming down after my anxiety gets the best of me or when I notice I freeze.

    Thank you so much for this class! I really liked it, especially the invitational style of it in contrast to classic yoga. It really was beneficial for me after an episode of freezing and dissociation.

    I have been finding your yoga routines very helpful . I do experience dissociation though not to the frequency as in the past . Will definetly be interested in any differences after doing this . Thank you for sharing Hannah ❤👍

    What are some of the ways that you ground yourself out in the world in the chaos? For me I know that what we teach in the studio space is so important and that when people really need the grounding is out in the world. I would love to know more about how you ground when not in the studio. Thank you for always sharing such incredible practices. I appreciate how slow and soft you always are.

    but why do we dissociate? I suddenly start dissociating a lot...and the feeling is literally scarry

      Hi Monica, disassociation is a nervous system response within the parasympathetic nervous system. Your nervous system is tying to keep you safe.

    Great video I used it for my wife and myself during her disassociation. It made her cry afterwards, I was just wondering why that could be?

      Hi Kyle, I'm so glad this video supported your wife. Disassociation can occur when the nervous system down regulates and enters into what's known as "fold." There's other states to the nervous system, with the most popular ones being fight, flight, freeze. When we come out of the fold or freeze state, it's normal to cry or shake. It's a good sign! It means that the nervous system is regulating. I hope this helps! 💛

      @@HannahUiri Wow pretty amazing that you had dissociation and healed. Wonderful to hear, I am living with it at the moment and your videos help a lot. Going through a rough patch at the moment, it's encouraging to hear when people heal from dissociation because when you're in it, it feels like it will be forever.
