Great to see amenities, but really would like to see some homes and learn about price ranges; I find it difficult to see how any of them could be below $300k.
Next time, it would be nice to see inside the homes of these communities to see what they are really like

Wish they gave some numbers as to how much it cost, I don't think Trilogy or Palms have anything in his 275K to 300K price range.
They went a bit over 300 and it was a different time frame. That’s why we left it out. Great feedback for the next one, thank you!

Where are the homes? We’re these people going to live in the club houses? They wanted new construction $250-$275, but we never saw any units, kind of disappointing.

Would like to see more options in a lower price range. I don't want to put all of my money in a house and I don't want a mortgage.

Is it still possible to purchase a home in Serrano’s, Trilogy and Four Seasons for $300k?
