Outstanding comments. Houses too small. Im in a 4,000 sq ft 5/4 now. I don’t look forward to a 1,600 2/2 🥺 Also the comment about fences. If I can’t have a fence, I’m totally not interested.
@@walkbyfaithtinadavis7820 oh, interesting, you must becover a hundred years old andcthey are 50? Right?, lol screaming kids for sure, you won't see kids like that in Europe. It's a 55 and over cummunity,. Period! Adjusting would be a start. Go and visit your grandkids and great grand kids
This is a great video We will be retiring in a few years and moving to Fl and I am always wondering about the cons of a 55 + community in terms of grandchildren visiting and now pets
This video reads more like a sales pitch than it does an objective critique. I heard horror stories about the neighborhood Karens that are always up in your business. They play loose with the rules when it benefits their friends and make life hell for those they do not like. It all comes down to doing your homework; read the rules, educate yourself BEFORE buying!
I think a big con would be too many people. I like the country. It sounds hedonistic too. However, being able to do fun stuff would be a plus, if you can go to the quiet of the country afterwards.
Almost all of them are golf cart friendly in the community. A smaller group of them have golf cart access to shopping/dinning outside of the community.
As someone who has gained much information watching several of your video's, I am concerned about the lack of diversity in your video information. I never see you interview people of color and it gives the impression that people of color do not live in, or desire to live in 55+ communities. I for one have been researching for a few years as my retirement is quickly approaching. And your video's have given me so much great information. If possible could you please include more diversity in your upcoming video's? Thank You.

No screaming kids is a plus in my book. It's one of the reasons why I'm looking to move to a 55+ community.
I get that but we do have great grand children and grand children
I like kids, if they're well-behaved. Kind of like Ireland, where there's a lot of kids.

Hey the cat sailing video….where was that???
Once Sunbridge is closer to finished I would really like to see a show on that community.
Toured 10 of them. Sticker shock!
Can you do a review on ocala’s on top of the world?
Yes :) that will be one of our next few videos!

Yeah it varies per community quite a bit.
The lack of fencing for my 2 dogs is my only concern. Thanks! Great video!

Love your channel and videos. Wasn’t sure where to ask this but do most of 55+ communities have golf cart trails to get around?
Almost all of them are golf cart friendly in the community. A smaller group of them have golf cart access to shopping/dinning outside of the community.
Do you respond to questions? The absence of children is a big draw for me. I like them and get along with them, whatever age.
Yes, what’s your question?
amazing 😜
Noisy bored neighbors
Cause hate and lots of drama
And lots of mental stress
They know way too much about everybody
Don’t live in a 55 plus community

You can have your child who is older then 18 live with you in a 55+???????
they don’t allow that
And there are very restricted rules on people visiting
Most only let a visitor visit for a few days or only 7 days max
Where are the men and their opinions ??
Probably golfing! :)
napping
The HOA! Deal breaker ppl.
There is no such thing as an expert!
