It's funny, on the Friday you did this livestream, I just happened to have seen your NPR Tiny Desk concert from September 2009. That 2009 concert was the first time I ever heard your music. I remember feeling shocked at how good your music was, yet I'd never heard of you before. Here we are 11 years later. That's 11 years that I have been listening to your music, going to your concerts when I can, and buying your albums. Your music has accompanied me through some of the worst, and best times in my life. I just wanted to express my gratitude to you for what you do, for what you've given me. Thank you.

Revelation Blues at about 35 minutes is staggering-I nearly cried.
Brother, I would die a happy and grateful man if you allowed me to play a terrible version of one of your songs on guitar in your presence. Maybe even terribly sing harmony if you were generous enough to play.....let’s make it happen.
In all seriousness, I’ve been in awe of you since I discovered that first NPR tiny desk concert all those years ago. I don’t think a day or two has gone by since then without your music being a part of my life. Crazy to think about.
I own all the records. I’ve seen every show in Baltimore/DC. I scour RUclips for live iterations of every song. Your most recent album and video work related to In Little Fires and When the Bird Sees the Solid Ground is downright phenomenal.

Rivers was my favorite song of TTMOE for long time. I was a little sad it wasn't on the concert set list for the one I attended but that concert is still one of my favorite live music experiences I've ever had.
It's definitely my favourite of then. I listened to it everyday. What a great tune.
