My headphones out of the box had surround sound bc it comes with a mixer (blachShark V2), I would recommend, one of the best mics that can focus on your voice, as well even tho it doesn't have noise cancelling, you can't hear any thing else around you, very good quality headset and at a good price.

Great video! For a 3D sound scape I pipe the pc audio through a sound board and an equaliser. Have you ever used optical audio?
my laptop was prebuilt and alr have the dts and dtsx audio in it but idk how to setting it when i was in gaming or movie or music

I believe Asus motherboards also give the license. I have a Razer headset and activated the license no problem. Also it was installed on my PC after downloading the audio drivers from the Asus mobo website.
i remember DTS after Re- installing RealTek Audio Drivers for an Asus Prime Board after Updating Drivers and Windows DTS HeadphoneX was in the Start Menu, I don't know if Turtlebeach Headphones has them built in never searched to find out But Dam best Headphones I had, both Steelseries and was no comparison maybe got the suck version... Anyhow since I an switching To an MSI Board wondering if after installing all Drivers it will Magically Appear, if not I'm trying it like this video👍🏻
i got new hyper x stinger headphones for christmast and it came with a redeem code and i put the code on microsoft store and i got dts headphone x and dts x deoder for 2 years free. and also very good video u got a new follower

this is nice but Razer THX spatial audio is better. the only issue is its faulty as hell because last time i used it i was having memory leaks on my PC. don't know if they fixed that yet. But I would really like to go back to Razer THX
So i had this issue where it said i wasnt licenced but i had to change my default speakers and mic to the headset i have
I have the logic tech headset w dts enabled, for some reason its constantly greyed out in both the app and in settings
My monitor 45GR95 monitor has got a port for DTS X, does that mean I can access DTS X from my monitor port?

my issue is, it wont let me DL the sound unbound from the windows store. every time, i get a "somethiing went wrong on our end" message & cant DL. yay.

I like dts x more than Dolby atoms..i seems Dolby Atmos does nothing just compress your sound and add some bass and all that..but I feel dts x is much clearer and boost sound quality than your normal windows sound
is is also for 5.1 channels DTS home theatre setup? or just for headphones?
It managed 6 channel output from the Steelseries DAC for headphones. Maybe its possible in the software

No, you just need to make sure it is selected in your windows spatial sound settings

I own dts sound now for years but the last two years DTS are ignoring my emails or re directing me to websies that do not get back to me dts want me to buy another licence even though I already own it & cannot use for well over two years now

there is issue in DTS:X unbound or maybe windows. I don't know how i fix it this was coincidence but however go to windows audio setting then go to your headphone (Arctice 5)(You must select you headphone not any virtual device like Sonar from GG software) then go down to spatial audio and select DTS and DTS software Automatically Detect your headphone.

Sam thing with HyperX Cloud Alpha wireless and HyperX headset headphones that use DTS X

Install software of hyper X
Setup in windows to DTSX headset
Then,went to download DTSX It finds the headset then gave license version free
I think works on all Headphones

If game don't support DTS X IT Reverts to 7.1 virtual sound off windows I think so I leave on unless music

How to disable DTS headphones?
If you have a DAC, its in it. Otherwise in soundoptions like he showed in the video ( 02:24 )
