- Join me for a workshop this July 2, 2023 where we will learn to let go of love that will not materialize. We will learn why limerence occurs and how to break the painful cycle of longing. We will gain insight into how past pain and current self abandonment play a role in being caught in a painful yearning for someone. This class meets live. hi love is a frequency of 500 hz and our society lives in a 30 Hz frequency. Those feelings of limerence are related to the childhood traumas. these are emotional needs that the family neglected to satisfy and now the person is re-adjusting those emotional needs with this new experience by transmuting the trauma and being able to live their dreams
Limerence, never heard that term before, but it's the story of my life! Hmmm how interesting. Endless pain. 10 years recovery after being in love each time, and it takes 5 years after recovery to meet someone potentially interesting. They have to be ready, willing, able, and that isn't always the case if the timing isn't right. So being in love 3/4 times with 10-year recoveries, another five years to find someone with whom one has a 'meeting of the minds' a spiritual level of absolute synergy, pretty soon you run out of time and being solo is just easier, albeit lonelier. Still, one has no headaches, just worry about wondering why nothing worked out. Unconditional love one way only, is not a good street to be on. So playing the clown is easier in public, and then comes the crying alone!

For example there are aspects in the natal chart and synastry that foster a telepathic connection and this might make limerence even stronger. It's hard to forget someone who you have a telepathic connection with even though they choose not to act . I would love to get yoyr thoughts on that ..signing up now.....
I think that feeling of invisible strong connection is a symptom of limerence
I went through a major limerent episode during Pluto across my Cap asc, from 2008 until 2019, when it was replaced with another one which I am currently disentangling myself from. I've been seening an astrologer/counsellor for a year digging deep into my chart. Neptune is right there, this man is like Neptunian crack to me 😂 He is the Neptune archetype (Pisces rising). His own Neptune is conjunct my North Node. My own Neptune opposes my Mercury (I also have ADHDA and I have had major crushes all my life). I can't even begin to describe the impact the last 15 years have had on me and my life - but thankfully I understood early on it was about me and my growth. I only learned about Pluto in 2018 and that was the start of my astrology journey. Will defo be looking into attending this if I can.❤
Oh and I have learned the trick is to realise this is solely in your head. Get out of your head and into your body, the present moment, learned to feel your feelings and sit with them, not overthink them. The more you do this the more you realise they occupy your mind, not your heart.
