this is so true. after a few failed relationships where i looked at them with rose coloured glasses afterwards im finally looking at them without emotion , looking at them with out the stories and realizing they were just plainly incompatible. they were perfectly what i needed at the time but not the princess bride love stories i mourned losing. thank you, beautiful work.

Wow Jewel, what an awesome analogy about people with this aspect seeing things in life as if we've super-imposed our own movies over the movie screen, but our movies end before the actual movie on the screen and we're left with the stark reality we never saw. oh wow! I encountered a guy with this aspect. On the date, (I even stated afterwards!) that I felt like I was being cast for a role in the movie of his life! Like who does he think he is Tom cruise? (Well, his Mars is conjunct neptune, so go figure.
I thought i was just making a joke..until I studied his chart and watched this. Oh, but it didn't stop there! He went on and on about ex girlfriends and their shortcomings (aka, conveying his list of requirements, he then made it clear that I passed....lucky me 😱 ) THEN (it gets better) he went on to tell me how little I should expect from him in return! He has saturn squaring his moon, that video explained A LOT! Wow. Wow. and yeah, pluto is all over the place in our synastry personal planets. I am absolutely repulsed but still can't get him out of my head! At least I'm no longer blind to the situation, thank you Jewel! 😊

I have venus in opp with neptune, but in trine with saturn, and even when I know in a very short time what to think of someone,, it takes so much time to really realise it for myself, to understand it.

Have the Neptune Venus opposition as well. And both being squared by Saturn so it’s a t square basically. Took me a long time to slowly figure this one out 😜
This aspect is like the film Kill Bill to me. At the end of the film when she finally confronts Bill, she explains she doesn't know why he would try to assassinate her. He simply says "I'm an assassin, baby you thought wrong. I think they had this aspect and he was venus. I love the film! Then she kills Bill, lol. I have Venus conjunct Neptune, and it's in Capricorn so I'm quite grounded, and moon square pluto soooo my romantic life is non-existent, I love period romance films though. Pride and Prejudice is the best.

I am in this club . :) It's kinda cute , I love to be in love in the first stages when there's magic ( which I create in my mind) and then reality hits you really hard. I can be very delusional but I believe I have strong Mercury aspects Saturn so common sense comes to me later... but I love the Magic :)

Very interesting case: Jodi Arias had this aspect as well as Neptune opposition moon.
when i was very young this is what would wrap me up and i would fall fast and hard. the older i've become the more I self-reflecr and allow my saturn conjunct my moon take time to scope it out and pick it apart. the more you strike a balance. With any opposition you need to strike that balance. for me personally this neptune-venus aspect gives me great trust in my loved ones, but my saturn and pluto remind me that they are still human and can mess up just like i can! but the neptune gives me compassion to listen and understand, yet not allow myself to be deceived or to deceive. you have to find your balance and continue to keep it balanced! (my libra mercury)
I think I've got it bad.... I have Venus opposite Neptune in my chart & I also have Pisces as my Ascendant square Venus. Since Neptune is the planet ruler of Pisces & my chart ruler too, I have two hard aspects involving Venus & Neptune. Grrrr it's a hard pill to swallow, when you have to admit to yourself that the deception created within all your relationships is more than likely your own.
I have this aspect and it is literally like I pick the same type and then date the potential version of them. Yeah I had to learn to see red flags and actually stop progressing. Good stuff here. Gratitude

Beautiful video. I have the venus- neptune square and totally relate with the fary tale dreams of love. The difference in my case is that I always knew I wans't goingo to find it in real life so I kept my love life to the minimum and read romance books instead! LOL I do think the square works very differently from the trine/conjunction though, we tende to SEE the real person and love the person as they are... but that is not always good for us. We tend to think we need to save people... terrible idea in a love relationship.

Venus in 12th and opposite Neptune
I have this opposition, with Venus in the 8th in Taurus and Neptune in the 2nd in Scorpio. Kind of like the "rose coloured glasses" syndrome. Thankfully, I have just taken those glasses off and am seeing clearly again!! (lol)

Yes I can confirm that too. With the square I’ve observed it. When I had transit Neptune square my Venus I fell in love with this guy, very rose colored glasses type of story. As soon as Neptune moved away I was cured lol. Now one of my best friends has the square between Neptune and his moon and it’s exactly the same thing. We all can see it but he can’t he is like under a spell almost. Well another 1 1/2 years for him then he will understand and realize it too. So my observation is that it’s the same thing
When someone with Venus Opposite Neptune has a T square with Saturn, I wonder if Saturn moderates the romantic delusional qualities from the get-go, or if it’s makes the eventual disappointment in the ideal feel even worse.

Also, astrology is accurate but not 100%, and even so, it shouldn't stop you from pursuing your dream career.
Like me, my dream career is to become a spy, private investigator, and business woman all at once, and to others it may seem impossible but i dun fkin care.
Astrology gives me advice, and makes me learn more abt myself (though not 100% accurate). It lets me know how i should/ can manage to achieve my dreams.
For ex: they say im ambitious but lazy.
Then I would stop being lazy and work hard to pursue my dreams.....just an example.

Its funny that I'm not selling the fantasy the other person is selling the fantasy and really can't produce anything of what they are selling is that really me deceiving myself or is it the representative that's lying. Essentially in the theater you can get a refund for seeing a movie you didn't like I use to be a theater manager they will give you a refund for sitting in a concession stand you choose to stand in while missing your movie 😂.
