It's time for Great Britain to be great again as should all western nations including my nation the United States. It would be the height of arrogance for me to move to England and expect England to change to something like the United States. If you move to England it should be expected that you become English, move to the States you become American, Germany German etc... You cannot invade a successful culture and expect them to cater to your whims!
I wish the People's of the islands had the same freedom to say that when them English. French Spanish et all invaded them and imposed their ways on them. Sometimes it pays to do a little history.
