Thank you for the serger finishing tip. Making masks and Netflix. Bought some amazing USA cotton before things went south so thinking about the shirt I'm going to make with it.
I search the labels when I'm looking for fabric at various national fabric stores and local quilt shops. They have them just have to dig a little deeper. I haven't been brave enough to buy online because I want to see it, feel it and read the labels. I've found that manufactured in the USA doesn't mean it is from USA cotton.
Hi! I am planning to buy PE800 as well. Regarding the threads, is it necessary to use Brother's embroidery threads or can I also use other brands' threads? How does it also work for designs that do not have a corresponding color from brother's threads? Thanks and love your videos!
You can use other brands and it has color charts for (I think) Madeira and Sulky? I never use the color codes though just use whatever color I want. Other videos on here talk more about thread including the latest one.
How are you spending your time in quarantine? Feel free to share what you're making!
Brilliant! Should start an Etsy store online. We need more custom products. 😊. Terrific job!
