It’s so sad & unfortunate he never experienced love as a child & didn’t have stability. Obviously he’s an intelligent man - with so much potential!!! And I can see he is a good man deep down & has a big heart & it pains him to hurt others in any way. He’s clearly dealing with a great amount of emotional pain & depression - which is really weighting him down & I think it’s part of why he’s still living on the streets PLUS he has _no one_ to turn to to help get him back on his feet, it’s evident he truly wants to try & get away from this lifestyle he’s been living for 10+ years. And seemingly he was able to keep getting work of some sort until the law took his truck with everything he owned to help him make a living (which it does seem he got F’d over, at least with the parole situation) & then with all his tools being stolen he was forced to become homeless…. He’s been through SO much to still be alive & managing to get by the best he can. I’m going to pray for Quinn that he’s able to somehow find his way out of the life he’s been living for far too long (& seemingly has ended up where he is partially because those in authority F’d him over.) Ultimately, I pray he finds some sense of peace after all he’s endured…. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
I love what you're doing it is amazing how you are bringing awareness and putting a real face to the many you surah with. However, this man just pretty much begged at the end how he does not want this life anymore. Please offer him the help you offered, Rebecca. This man wants it, Rebecca doesn't.
That was my thought too. He's a really decent guy who deserves a break and seems to want it (more than others). Loosing your job/vocation due to health issues is mentally and practically devastating, it shouldn't be underestimated. Even more so when you can't rely on family. This happened to me about 8 years ago, it totally changed my life. Similar story with asking someone in a similar situation, how can you do this for so long, 8 years later, I'm like that for so long. When you loose one essential thing, often things start to fall like dominoes and it takes longer than you ever imagine to try to pull yourself back up.
It's amazing how 1 bad (accident) can change the trajectory of your life. He is such a hard worker and when you take that away from a man it's so destroying. I see you my guy. ❤
Mark is there a way to get this man an appt and new tools. I don't want to give him money cause of his crack issue. But a home and the tools for a job might be pretty cool. What if he leaves the tools at your place for accountability? He has to check them in and out? I feel there is hope for him.
my father was a heroin addict for the 2/3 of his life, the only periods of time he was sober was when he was a child because he hadn't tried drugs yet and short before he met my mom till his death, i think if he didn't got sober he would really be like Quinn, similar upbringing stories, similar mindset and personality, i wish him the best, it's never too late, definitely not for him, he's a good person
Buddy, downplaying your alcohol use by saying “even though its not crack” is telling all of us you’re a drunk and an addict all the same. Alcohol will do more damage to your body than crack will too.
It can be rough man. Alcohol addiction in high doses is just as rough as any other addiction. You can beat it though. I have a family member who's a VERY successful person, but has gotten addicted to alcohol in the last few years. It has been the worst few years of their life, and everything is going downhill in a bad way. Me and my family are doing anything we can to help him, but he doesn't really want to go to rehab. He's going through withdrawal and is trying to slowly drink less and less day by day as of now to quit. Alcohol is tough man, i'll be rooting for you to get through it, and I know you definitely can. You just have to want to stop drinking though, and be ready to do it.
Quinn’s a diamond in the rough.. Having been failed and hurt by those he loved most, and the constant struggles and disappointments he’s weathered in life thus far, he remains, like a miracle, a profoundly loving, reflective, courageous, and kind man.. Wishing you the best, Quinn.. God knows, you deserve it.💜🤍💜

Quinn seems to be a highly intelligent man (who uses the word 'oxymoron' appropriately after using crack? Genius!). A man with extraordinary insight and warmth and empathy and a longing for goodness. I hope he finds his sister and can tell her that he loves her. I hope that he can find just enough love for himself to make the changes that he longs for. I’ve seen so many of these videos but this guy has really touched me. I’m sorry for the pain you’ve gone through. I hope you can cope with your struggles and maintain resilience ❤
Even moreso, he knows he's his own worst enemy. His self-reflection and breakdown at the end of the interview underscores what impacts so many addicts - until they want to change, and do change, they will never change. He says it himself - he wants to get out of the lifestyle but enjoys it too much - looking for trouble, the feeling when you're under the influence etc. Good vibes his way, hopefully he is able to use what's left of his family structure - his sister, specifically - to get clean, get well, and become a productive member of society again.
"He's his worst enemy" No he's not, his enemies are his parents and a goverment that only serves the rich. The fact that he's still alive means this man is a surviver.
He is one of the few in here that doesn't seem to put the blame on someone or something else for his situation. He sounds like he takes the full responsibility even though he definitely could out some of it on his upbringing or the super bad luck he has had. This makes me think he has a glimmer of hope to get out. I hope the right tools come along to give him that chance. Also at one point when he was talking about his ex wife he said "she had been married before and had a child and he had had many" I kept wondering what that story is. Does he have a lot of kids etc and if so what happened there. This is one I'd like to see a follow up on. Good luck sir. I hooe you manage to take the steps to turn things around. ❤
He is one of the saddest to me because if a few things were different (as opposed to some other others where their either mental illness or just too many bad thing happened can’t excape this )and he was able to stick to his goals he would be able to survive. And now he is too old to really work anymore and hope may be lost. So sad.
First video I've seen where I truly feel he is so exhausted of his choices he may actually do ok if he got help and away from sr. I hope we get an update.
Oh Quinn... you've been dealt a really sh!tty hand. But you're a very strong and resilient man. Dig deep. Get yourself out of this hole. I really feel you deserve better. I'll pray for you🌷

I say once more.. Addiction is the stealer of dreams and the shackle from freedom; A smiling monster that makes you feel safe and loved when you are anything but. Seductive and charming it prays on the damage of your past as it lures you into it’s blissful belly, slowly digesting you while you dance in the delusion of euphoric control. If only these poor people could break free.

Beautifully said Holly! 💖💕💖💕

I love you Quinn. Your a courageous man for standing up to bullies and punks. Take care of yourself and stay safe.
Broke my heart when he said his mom never gave him a hug 💔😢. I'd give him a hug 🤗
He deserves better. :( God please help him find a way to people who can help him.
I can't fathom what a person could be thinking when they walk away from their child. My son is the greatest gift I have ever been given.
My mom is Covert Malignant Narcsissit. I understand this guy sooo much! Wish I could give him a big bro hug!!! 🤗🤗🤗🤗❤️❤️❤️❤️
I’m struggling with an alcohol addiction and even though it is not crack I completely understand this man. Wish I would’ve bro a hug.
Hang in there.
God knows, you deserve it.💜🤍💜
Thank you Mark. Please keep in touch with Quinn, I’m hoping his next video will be different in ways where he got help.
I never got hugged either, now I’m a hugging maniac! I’m so so sorry!😢
I love this man, he has such a kind heart.
Give this guy rebecca’s Florida rehab. PLEASE
It's not really up to Mark, he said a friend named Kenneth is offering the rehab oppurtunity.
@@lynnehuff9659 I know this but he could easily push someone who might actually benefit versus someone like rebecca
@@Just.A.T-Rex I get your point, I must have missed something because you and a lot of other people are saying this. I did not hear Quinn say he wanted to quit drugs, etc. you know, change his life right now. I see now, you're thinking Mark could do more to open that door?
Thank you for the interview Quinn and SWU
Quinn seems to be a highly intelligent man (who uses the word 'oxymoron' appropriately after using crack? Genius!). A man with extraordinary insight and warmth and empathy and a longing for goodness. I hope he finds his sister and can tell her that he loves her. I hope that he can find just enough love for himself to make the changes that he longs for. Quinn, not that it's any use at all to you, but please know that you have love from an old, complete stranger in England.
Quinn…I can hear the pain in your voice. You didn’t want your life to be this way. You had everything going for you and once accident changed it all. I pray that you can get in touch with your sister and you also get some help and your life gets better from this point now. ❤❤
The american dream. Opening scene.. Willam dafoe doing this monologue.. Then the story of quinn's life.. 2 best things to happen would be.. Quinn gets a proper pay day.. 2nd thing? Well you decide. Thankyou for sharing your story.. You made so much sense.. Very high functiong on the crack.. All the best brother.. Stay safe.. Mark thats the most effective use of shadow play i have ever seen on here... The balance and depth of the lighting against the backdrop really suits quinn... Thanks gents, this is sadly beautiful.. Peace 🏴
Quinn man I really hope you get back up bro. You have a good heart. You've been through the ringer. Let yourself heal. ❤
Get to an AA meeting where you can surround yourself with people who love helping others
I am so glad that I got a chance to hear your story Quinn you are a passionate intelligent handsome man I'm going to pray for you we all have a story I'm so privileged to have heard yours I'm 63 years old sitting here at 5:15 a.m. in Norristown Pennsylvania listening to you and I just wanted to let you know I hear you man peace be with you I hate what did crack done to so many of us you are not alone I will always pray for you Quinn you touch my heart thank you so much for your story God is with you man I know you feel alone but you're not alone you're life is going to be better it's getting better right now because you just helped somebody you're the best peace be with you my brother thank you Mark you're the goat mark
Great interview - Heartbreaking 💔
You are so amazing. I’m sorry your mother abandoned you. I’m sorry you have an abandoned wound. This is a result of childhood trauma and most likely intergenerational trauma. I hope you find some peace in this lifetime and love a happy healthy and full life. God Bless You ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Praying for u quinn you deserve all the love and happiness life has to offer❤
what a kind soul. I hope he can get it figured out.
What an amazing interview 🌟 Thank You Quinn 🙏💝 I hope You find the way out of there 🤞🙏🕊️💜🕯️ Thank You Mark 🙏😇💗
I’ve seen so many of these videos but this guy has really touched me. I’m sorry for the pain you’ve gone through. I hope you can cope with your struggles and maintain resilience ❤
I pray for Quinn. He's his worst enemy. Such a shame as he's articulate, self-aware and kind, heartbreaking
My heart is BREAKING watching him cry 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢. He deserves so much better then the hand he has been dealt 😕
Quinn, I hope you make it out my dude. I'll be following along your journey for any updates
This guy seems so sincere and I just wish someone could give him a hand up and get him back on the right track
I hope blessings will come your way Quinn. I cannot imagine the pain and frustration he's felt so far in his life.
He is one of the saddest to me because if a few things were different (as opposed to some other others where their either mental illness or just too many bad thing happened can’t excape this )and he was able to stick to his goals he would be able to survive. And now he is too old to really work anymore and hope may be lost. So sad.
Im praying for you Quinn, I hope you get the help support and love you've always deserved.
I'll pray for you🌷
This is the result of rejection from a mother😢❤ I hope he finds peace.
And a father.
I am so sorry for you. I had wonderful parents and a great childhood. Every child deserves a good life.
God bless this man.. You can tell he's broken from inside, the past still haunts him.. only if he gets the right help, he will get through it. He seems intelligent and still wants to change his path.. praying for him! 🙏
Quinn’s character and his story is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever heard. With all that he’s been through he is a wealthy human. My prayer is that he continues to move forward because he is a tower of strength who will inspire many young people. God Bless you, Quinn. Keep loving! Thanks for sharing your story❣️✨💛
I believe Quinn’s inner child of the past needs healing . Such potential, the pain must be dealt with before healing can begin . Prayers uplifted for inner healing ❤️
Thanks for being honest
I had a friend who broke his ankle\leg from falling down on ice. He kept getting infections and it really messed him up too. I hope he's doing better these days.
I truly hope somebody helps him. God bless him! Tough situation, mental torture...
I love Quinn!! I see him getting it together and moving far in life, I truly do....please keep trying, Quinn, you have it in you, as long as you have breath in your body, you can do Anything, beautiful soul ❤

You can do this Quinn!! Sending love and prayers your way to fight the demon of addiction. 🙏💖
Thank you for sharing your story.❤
What’s a sweet soul. And so handsome. Wish you the best Quinn!
So eloquently written here! Beautiful and wise wise words!!!
Quinn I hear your heart. I share my tears with you. I wish you luck with your life and time
Quinn has empathy and true emotion. He needs someone to believe in him and help him get a roof over his head. Proper services too! My heart is breaking while watching him share his story. Thank you Quinn for sharing your chapters in life.
Man this is hard to hear… honestly at first I kinda thought he was just rambling in some type of psychosis just rambling but he’s not, he’s a very sharp guy and very insightful. I hope he can get a chance at redemption
