I used to work at a restaurant in Compton, she would come in somewhat often. Didn't know her personally but she was always so very nice. She tipped well and was kind always. Its so sad to see her this way and to hear people have turned their back on her.
Despite how she wants to come off strong here, it’s easy to see she likely has a decent heart. That alcohol was her crutch for a terrible life she couldn’t cope with.
My husband was in a coma for 3 months. He has to chew with his mouth open, chokes often, drools, and his voice has changed and became deeper. Apple I'm happy you have God in your life. I'm sorry you can't trust anyone because I think you could use a good friend with a shoulder to lean on at times. You're still a beautiful woman despite what you've been put through and one day you might just find a partner that will love you.

I would love to be apart of her treatment team , she is learning to live with a severe tbi (traumatic brain injury) , the damage to her frontal lobe is why there is no accountability from her, she can recall memories and apply emotions , but because her executive functioning is so severely impaired , cognitively her processing what happened to her , stops at the emotional response . All six areas of her brain was clearly damaged in that accident, because of how she presents , I have watched her journey since she was hospitalized , and it has been amazing to witness her progress, she is lucky to be alive no lie

I totally understand what she means when she said it’s like the chair don’t mean nothing . i’m not in a chair but i have no use of my hands and it’s like that don’t mean nothing to people around me . i feel her so bad on that and yes it hurts deeper than many know . she is so strong and she’s still a beautiful Queen . She gives me so much inspiration to keep positive despite my daily struggles and differences and how i appear or how others dismiss me . ❤

I hope I see a follow-up video of Apple walking again and then perhaps slowly she can work can regaining some mobility in her arm and other areas that were affected . She has severe nerve damage and coming from someone who has some nerve damage it’s only a 50% chance with surgery for even a small nerve regeneration it’s one of the worst things to deal with you kinda accept it and learn to live with it 😢
When she said I don’t trust nobody… I felt that. When you’re facing your darkest times & blood shows you that they literally don’t care. You believe them. You view the world differently.
She is still very broken. One thing, she doesn’t take accountability for herself. She openly admitted she was “drunk”, but it was everyone else’s fault for not stopping her. But then she says she will fight anyone who gets in the way. Can’t be both ways. She’s probably very violent when she’s intoxicated. Additionally, the constant I don’t care, I don’t care I don’t care, is troubling. I don’t know, but it’s seems that people get warm down by her energy. Aside, she’s a beautiful woman with a tragic story. I pray she gets therapy along with her physical therapy. I’m so happy she’s doing better and healing. This poor woman has been through a lot! I wish her the best and pray she heals all aspects of herself!

Sadly even though Apple never told anyone, I knew. I remember her talking about her addiction to alcohol and the struggle she was facing. She’d get clean, then sadly relapse when life got hard. This is not the way I wanted to see her quit, but , I’m glad she’s still here. I pray she’s healed from head to toe, and that she one day gets to experience real/unconditional love. How is it anybody else's problem to take our keys away when she said I will beat people when I'm drunk? Imagine putting yourself in that situation because she's a grown woman and didn't think of how she was gonna drive before she got wasted.
Was it God's way that she devastated the innocent folks coming the other way that day? Was he 'getting them to slow down' by having her get sloppy drunk and drive a car into them? Her life choices are her own, just the same as everyone; and we don't get a free pass by shifting the responsibility over to "God's Will".

Could’ve, should’ve, would’ve, etc. I’m sure that wasn’t her only accident or problems she caused herself with drinking. This is the one that made her handicap. Nothing would’ve stopped her so it’s her fault and she should take accountability for the consequences.
Easy to say now. Ain’t nobody tryna get beat up in the moment. Esp when everybody is ghetto and drive drunk all the time. It’s sad to see now but she’s responsible for her own self. Other people were impacted that night because of her.
Im so 24:40 overwhelmed with emotions listening to her story. I wish I had the resources and means to help her. She shouldn't be alone and its sad to hear about her medical issues. I will pray for her. God definitely is still with her and he isn't done with her yet.

I think if we're sober and understand that a drunk person driving might kill more than themselves and affect a whole array of people in the process, we'd have to step up. Leave her alone with her dumb agressive drunk decisions, as long as it affects only herself, but when it could potentially affect more than her, I believe we all have a responsibility in trying our darnest to stop her.
I use to dance at the same strip club with her back in like 2007. This girl was soooooooooooooo absolutely incredibly gorgeous! Every time she would go on stage I would literally just sit there and watch her the whole time in aw and so would everyone else in the club!! Her body and her dance moves were unbelievable! You could tell she had a lot of pain just by her facial expressions and the way she would dance you could tell that she really really not only loved, but NEEDED the attention. For the longest I always wondered what ever happened to her. I figured maybe she moved to Atlanta and married a rapper or something. Then I saw her on love and hip-hop, and I remember thinking to selfie, yep. She’s the perfect candidate! Glad to see she is alive and doing well 😊
She has an inner core toughness, her honesty holding up her hand and talking about it openly takes courage, and if I only saw her on love and hip-hop, I would have judged her differently than how I see her now. Shame on me I would have wrote her off as shallow and insecure. This is a tough woman.

Aw man, I always wondered what happened to her and how she ended up in the hospital. I heard her story on lhh before the accident and she was a firecracker on the show. Great interview. This is so sad man.
I prayed for her. This was really hard to watch. It put so much things into perspective. She really just needed 1 person in her corner that never gave up and she would've healed right up. She's a fighter at heart. There is so much help out here for people in wheelchairs and she doesn't have anyone to advocate for her so she suffers. 1) apply for access-a-ride, 2) apply for non-profit programs that can help you find a 1st floor housing unit with wheelchair accessibility, 3) Home Health Aide, 4) Physical Therapy can be done inside her home, 5) Her kids should help her complete everything.
Marc you help so many ppl financially and I hope you really are able to help Apple financially be a she can definitely use some better healthcare. I believe she can get out of that chair and have a better quality of life with the right medical care. She’s come a long way. She has severe nerve damage and coming from someone who has some nerve damage it’s only a 50% chance with surgery for even a small nerve regeneration it’s one of the worst things to deal with you kinda accept it and learn to live with it 😢

She is still very broken. One thing, she doesn’t take accountability for herself. She openly admitted she was “drunk”, but it was everyone else’s fault for not stopping her. But then she says she will fight anyone who gets in the way. Can’t be both ways. She’s probably very violent when she’s intoxicated.
Additionally, the constant I don’t care, I don’t care I don’t care, is troubling. I don’t know, but it’s seems that people get warm down by her energy.
Aside, she’s a beautiful woman with a tragic story. I pray she gets therapy along with her physical therapy. I’m so happy she’s doing better and healing. This poor woman has been through a lot! I wish her the best and pray she heals all aspects of herself!

What happened? Watts was totally drunk 🥴 and was driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas when her Mercedes collided with a Ford F250 pickup truck
Her car flipped multiple times and burst into flames
Passengers from the pickup truck pulled Watts to safety and she was airlifted to a hospital
Watts suffered a fractured skull, broken spine, and shattered arm

Sadly even though Apple never told anyone, I knew. I remember her talking about her addiction to alcohol and the struggle she was facing. She’d get clean, then sadly relapse when life got hard. This is not the way I wanted to see her quit, but , I’m glad she’s still here. I pray she’s healed from head to toe, and that she one day gets to experience real/unconditional love. People knew how she acted when intoxicated and didn’t want to fight with her but they should have taken the chance to take her keys away but this was God’s way of getting her to slow her lifestyle down. She is still living and still have a purpose
How is it anybody else's problem to take our keys away when she said I will beat people when I'm drunk? Imagine putting yourself in that situation because she's a grown woman and didn't think of how she was gonna drive before she got wasted.
Was it God's way that she devastated the innocent folks coming the other way that day? Was he 'getting them to slow down' by having her get sloppy drunk and drive a car into them? Her life choices are her own, just the same as everyone; and we don't get a free pass by shifting the responsibility over to "God's Will".
She ❤ the alcohol so, drinking and driving for her may have been a chronic issue? The friends just may have been tired of fighting with her to not drive? Glad she lived and no one else was hurt
Could’ve, should’ve, would’ve, etc. I’m sure that wasn’t her only accident or problems she caused herself with drinking. This is the one that made her handicap. Nothing would’ve stopped her so it’s her fault and she should take accountability for the consequences.
Easy to say now. Ain’t nobody tryna get beat up in the moment. Esp when everybody is ghetto and drive drunk all the time. It’s sad to see now but she’s responsible for her own self. Other people were impacted that night because of her.

I think if we're sober and understand that a drunk person driving might kill more than themselves and affect a whole array of people in the process, we'd have to step up. Leave her alone with her dumb agressive drunk decisions, as long as it affects only herself, but when it could potentially affect more than her, I believe we all have a responsibility in trying our darnest to stop her.
You never know how a person really feels about you until something bad happens. The days when you can't get up and do anything for yourself.
I use to dance at the same strip club with her back in like 2007. This girl was soooooooooooooo absolutely incredibly gorgeous! Every time she would go on stage I would literally just sit there and watch her the whole time in aw and so would everyone else in the club!! Her body and her dance moves were unbelievable! You could tell she had a lot of pain just by her facial expressions and the way she would dance you could tell that she really really not only loved, but NEEDED the attention. For the longest I always wondered what ever happened to her. I figured maybe she moved to Atlanta and married a rapper or something. Then I saw her on love and hip-hop, and I remember thinking to selfie, yep. She’s the perfect candidate! Glad to see she is alive and doing well 😊

She has an inner core toughness, her honesty holding up her hand and talking about it openly takes courage, and if I only saw her on love and hip-hop, I would have judged her differently than how I see her now. Shame on me I would have wrote her off as shallow and insecure. This is a tough woman.

I watched her on LHHH I liked her she seemed like a fun and good friend to have. I remember hearing about her accident and the fact that no one I ever heard about on any season of that show reached out to her was pathetic. She’s truly a survivor. I’m glad u interviewed her and she’s recovering. This is the type of person who deserves help from this channel unlike some people who I’ve seen on here who just take advantage.

I prayed for her. This was really hard to watch. It put so much things into perspective. She really just needed 1 person in her corner that never gave up and she would've healed right up. She's a fighter at heart. There is so much help out here for people in wheelchairs and she doesn't have anyone to advocate for her so she suffers. 1) apply for access-a-ride, 2) apply for non-profit programs that can help you find a 1st floor housing unit with wheelchair accessibility, 3) Home Health Aide, 4) Physical Therapy can be done inside her home, 5) Her kids should help her complete everything.
