To me, Inspiration is kinda like Motivation. For example, People will say something like, “ I didn’t feel inspired “ or “I felt motivated” to paint or to go to the gym. So their actions of the day are based on emotions (Feelings). Waiting on it to come to you rather than going to it. You are absolutely correct. It’s all about discipline. Discipline = Freedom. And freedom is inspirational…

The process is everything. A fixation on end results is culturally ingrained. But it seems to me, that fixation is behind the struggle with the other issues you listed 🤔
“Be Gentle with yourself”….create everyday! Both things I’m trying to be more intentional about doing!
