The reason kung bakit siya nag-i-English is to cater larger audience, especially American audience. Keep in mind na she gets salary from RUclips at mas malaki ang sweldo pag viewers are from USA. Yung mga nagsasabi na trying hard siya, as if she cares. Good job, girl.
I think that is nice, at the same time there would be people like my lola who doesn't speak/understand english so making two versions would be wonderful (one english and one tagalog)
English is not our first language and kudos to her for being able to deliver what she wants to say even if the diction is not that perfect. Just be grateful.
Ikaw ang discriminating. There is nothing wrong in speaking english, there are other viewers who prefers english speaking videos like this. Maybe other nationalities that wants to learn cooking Pilipino foods. By the way accent is not really a big factor here, there are other nationalities who speak perfect english but has a very distinct accent.
if you feel like not making a pie crust you also buy lumpia wrapper just do the same thing the way you make spring roll/ eggroll then fill it up the ingredients then brush it with one egg with milk combination besure you brush it on the lumpia that you make then put it on a oven for 350 degrees for 10 mins to 15 mins it depends on how crunchy u want it always keep an eye of your baking when you know the wrapper is already start to getting brown remove it and let it cool down for awhile and serve it with ice cream on top
I've watched all peach/mango pie recipes here & this one is the most practical to do w/ less costing using flour for crust instead of slice bread (sides wasted), using cornstarch for brushing the top before frying w/c is so simple, handy, not messy. The procedure is well-explained too. Thank you 🙏for this nice recipe Ma'am, may God blesses your profound work 😀
More recipe please.
I've been making your egg pie recipe since I found your recipe po. Maybe I'll make this in a few days, but perhaps I'll use puff pasty for the crust instead, just because the crust takes a while.
It’s so funny. I’m from Hawaii and we have Jolliebees, but I never tried or should I say never heard of it. Thank you for sharing it looks delicious 😋!
wow! now I can make one at home. more cost-efficient. I love watching your videos. Thanks much & God bless.and oh, just don't mind the negative remarks regarding your diction. A person with perfect diction does not exist at all. What really matters is that the instructions are clear & simple.
Salamat po! We love these pies and I've always wanted to try and make these at home. Have you tried wrapping them in wax paper and plastic so that you can freeze them to fry or bake later?
Have you ever made them without cooking peaches? It peach season here in Canada and I'd like to try these with the fruit uncooked? Thanks for the great tips!!!!
Sobrang galing mo po mag turo how to cook ... Its so easy to follow... Can i ask po if meron po ba kyo owned na resto if meron i want to go there .. thanks po and im looking foward for more ... Yum yum yum
I don't mind being corrected for the diction. That means a lot of people are concerned which is a good Filipino trait. That also mean that a lot of Filipinos are still aiming for perfection. I think it would be sad when one day no one cares any more. Baliktarin naman natin, if you can't accept to be corrected then either matigas ulo mo, or sarado pag-iisip mo or manipis balat mo that you think you're being singled-out. Reign your ego well for this is the path to mindfulness.
1) Your don't mix the egg with the warm milk other wise it will cook the egg. I don't even know why you have to use warm milk in the first place because that will degrade your butter further separating the milk from the fat. 2) Spread some loose flour on the table so that your dough will not stick on the table. 3) Spread loose flour or corn starch too for the inside of your dough so that the liquid filling will not sip through. Don't use the egg wash. That was weird. 4) Since this is deep fried, there's no point really of giving your sealed pie a cornstarch wash. That is done only when you are BAKING the pie. That's when you apply the egg wash. TIP: I don't know if the reason was for demo purposes, but use a room temp butter and use a mixer to make your pie dough. Otherwise the length of time to mix your batter will end up in frustration. A pinch of cinnamon on your pie dough will make it a bit more flavorful. Filipinos generally have sweet tooth. Adjust your BROWN sugar on the filling to suit your taste. Yes, I said brown sugar because it makes your filling more full bodied and compliments well with your cinnamon. I agree with the comment below, this dough will come up a bit matigas because the one with Jollibee is closer to a puff pastry. You can make puff pastry from scratch. But that's another video I guess.
What type of milk do you use or can you use for this? Would like to know because there's so many types of milk out there and if its possible with plant based milk?

People will always look for something that is not nice on the video.
We are filipino.,it is understndble that the accent is not as good as american..
I think that is nice, at the same time there would be people like my lola who doesn't speak/understand english so making two versions would be wonderful (one english and one tagalog)

True.. Lumpia wrapper or loaf bread lang if less budget.
