@@amMsTer45 it's what I always do specially in making pies, using only all purpose flour, butter and cold water, it's more flakier kasi di masyado mag bibind yung dough which is done by the eggs, pero useful parin yung egg specially in sealing the dough para di lalabas yung peach and mango na filling, and do make sure that when your making your puff pastry, it's not too dry because pwede siya crumbly and mahirap gamitin para sa recipe na to, and also not too wet para di masira ang texture :)
forgot the powder milk. is it the one that makes the outside appearance more white? or clean looking? coz mine has dark spots... what does the powdered milk do to the dough??
