    A few things that I learned while making this!
    1. 3/4 cup of sugar is enough if you want to cut down on the sweetness!
    2. After molding the crust to the pan, I put it in the freezer for 15-20 minutes before ading the egg mixture, really helps in keeping the dough firm

    This is an old Dutch milk tart!! Very nice. If the evaporated milk is too rich, you can use ordinary milk, it gives a beautiful custard, which is actually all it is. Very nice, thank you young lady. I can hear your baby in the back ground. I wonder how you juggle every thing? Now to watch the next recipe!!

    Hello. I made it today and it wqas perfect. I have a fan oven so i reduced the heat to 20degrees less and for the second settings i made it 30 minutes only..Thanks for the recipe :)

    This was delicious and I cut the sugar to 3/4 cup. I also just cooked it for 15 minutes at 180 and 40 minutes at 160 and it was done.

      Use the lower heat the upper heat is only use for grilling
