Great video! Very helpful and easy to follow. This will be my first time making any type of jam. We found a muscadine bush on our property and don’t want them to go to waste. Can’t wait to taste it.
Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! for such a wonderful tutoring video on making Muscadine Jam :)..You have a great teaching way; Just about the time I thought a question, you answered it, lol...felt like I was in the kitchen with my grandma and she was teaching me how to cook jam :). This will help me use our Muscadine Nobles for some jam instead of just wine :p
Yours is the first recipe I found and all my questions are answered! I shall report the results of my first ever batch of any jam. Thanks for all the trouble to make this video for us.
Enjoyed your video very much. I’ve always wanted to make muscadine jelly. I only have access to the white ones. Would that still make good jelly? Thank you for sharing.
Great Video!!! I love muscadines. I was finally able to get 2 gallons worth of purple and yellow ones yesterday. Your jam looks amazing. My question is does your jam keep the muscadine flavor or does it taste more closer to grape jam after you have completely finished the canning process?
I just made this again this year and it is even better than last year. It definitely tastes like the muscadines with a little bit of tartness. I cooked it longer this time so it jelled up nicely. About 1 1/2 hours.

Thank you!
You can heat your jars in the oven and just heat the lids in the hot water. The jars are already dry when you go to pour.
