Did this workout with a broken baby toe. Had to modify some but still got a great burn in! Thanks for providing options and yes, absolutely your talk at the end makes sense to me.
I enjoyed this workout a lot. While I prefer weighted workouts to cardio, I do still find weights to be boring at times. These compound moves were always interesting and challenging, so I never once felt bored and I didn’t even look at the clock that much! Thanks so much, Tracy!
I often simplify 1-2 of the exercises and eliminate one part of the compound. I am slower in my reps than you (age 70) so that works for me. I like this format of 3x each exercise and then move on.
Finally got to this one- loved it. Another awesome and effective format. When I started the workout today, I noticed that I had my move daily tank top on inside out, but by the end everything was in its correct place. 😛🤦🏻♀️.
Thank you for a super workout! I notice you have dropped the calorie count and know there was discussion about that last year with a variety of opinions. I like having it just to gauge the level of workout I will be getting. My 2 cents. Thanks!
Suitcase squat to deadlift kills my back. I'm obviously doing something wrong 🤷♀️ so I do one full suitcase squat, then one full deadift. That's my modification for this move.
