    Tried swimsuits on earlier for my cruise next week. After 1 year of Tracy I admit my middle and hips are smaller than last year’s cruise. It pays off!!!! Thank you so much Tracy for coming to my basement 4 times a week❤️

      Most gyms don’t offer any cueing for proper form. Tracy always does and shows it, too. That’s a huge plus.

    This compound workout was different than what I am used to but in a good way. It was challenging and the 3 rounds really had my muscles feeling fatigued. Thank you for another great workout!

    Did this workout with a broken baby toe. Had to modify some but still got a great burn in! Thanks for providing options and yes, absolutely your talk at the end makes sense to me.

    I enjoyed this workout a lot. While I prefer weighted workouts to cardio, I do still find weights to be boring at times. These compound moves were always interesting and challenging, so I never once felt bored and I didn’t even look at the clock that much! Thanks so much, Tracy!

    Thanks so much, the weights weren't super heavy, but I sure felt those exercises. Sweat was dripping! Perfect way to start my day at 4 a.m. CST!

    I often simplify 1-2 of the exercises and eliminate one part of the compound. I am slower in my reps than you (age 70) so that works for me. I like this format of 3x each exercise and then move on.

    Finally got to this one- loved it. Another awesome and effective format. When I started the workout today, I noticed that I had my move daily tank top on inside out, but by the end everything was in its correct place. 😛🤦🏻‍♀️.

    Suitcase squat to deadlift kills my back. I'm obviously doing something wrong 🤷‍♀️ so I do one full suitcase squat, then one full deadift. That's my modification for this move.

      Sorry, no time to show them. I do modified abs in our beginner workouts. :)
