I have enjoyed every single one, I am glad I came across your videos as it has kick started my new year. I was getting bored with the things I was doing, it is winter and your workouts have really been great. Despite the length of any of the videos, time seems to go very quickly. I also enjoy anything you share during the stretch at the end, there is always some helpful information. Really trying to get myself back on track especially after the holidays. Thank you again. 😊
Great strength workout, loved the supersets! I felt like I got a good burnout on each muscle group🔥💪. By the end of each 3rd set, I was definitely ready to move on to the next! 😃Love those explosive rows, I like how you've been adding more of those in recently! 👍 I added one of your 10 minute cardio HIIT workouts right in the middle, before the abs section, then came back and finished up here.
