What a wonderful concert. These young adults did an outstanding job. I know Kodaly would have been proud. Thank you so much for uploading this for all to enjoy.
"The French capital, which had attracted Hungarian intellectuals for centuries, did not disappoint Kodály. He studied Debussy, about whom he had previously had only a scattered knowledge. The influence of the French master will be a lasting experience: he is in fact the only one of his contemporaries to inspire Kodály's creative workshop." (Breuer János: Kodály Zoltán. Budapest, Mágus Kiadó , 1999. - 17 p.) However, the difference in the musical approach to Debussy and to Kodály can be clearly traced in JPON's interpretation of Debussy's La Mer.
Excelente, muchas gracias!

splendido concerto: vi fosse anche in altri paesi europei unno spazio per le oerchestre di giovani. L'italia paese della musica ma così distratto!
Carefully elaborated performance, much respect for the work invested. But this is not Debussy, it should be Kodaly.
