Alyssa, Thank you for these exercises. I was diagnosed with osteoporosis at age 72. No broken bones yet! I am an active woman. I walk daily and ride and care for my horses. But I realize I am not getting impact. I want to continue to work with you and find this very helpful!
I had a doctor that I liked very much! I had osteopenia. She said to pound my feet. I never knew how. Now years later I have moved to osteoporosis. Thank you very much for the explanations and exercises.
Thank you for this 10 minute workout. I was just diagnosed with osteoporosis at 65. Thankfully no broken bones. I love that this is short and concise. 😊
Thank you! I had my very first bone density scan because I am turning 60 this year. The scan revealed severe osteoporosis. I am adding these along with some others and walking 1 mile each day. I very much appreciate these simple moves!!❤
Can't do most of these excise because in that much pain .. its obvious you don't have osteoporosis ,you should get someone who has to show us then they will know it's impossible. You don't know how silly this looks when your not in pain.
I want to tell you what a life saver your are. I have been having right hip arthritis pain along with very tight hip flexors for almost two years. Been to the physician and through about 6 weeks of physical therapy. At the end of therapy my right leg was stronger but still very painful. I found your channel about a week ago and the different videos have transformed my life. Bless you. I am so excited about regaining my mobility. I am also am eliminating inflammatory foods from my diet! Keep up the great work!!!

I’ve just come across your site and I want to thank you so much for giving your time to us that have osteoporosis and osteoarthritis. I enjoyed doing these exercises with you now and will continue to do them. I have purchased a rebounder because I watched that on someone else’s channel so I’ll incorporate the two together and hopefully I’ll be able to build bone very quickly as I’m 71 and getting a few breaks. Thank you for the workouts! They are informative and easy to follow. When I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis last year, I stopped exercising for awhile because I was afraid of breaking a bone. Several months ago, I started searching for good osteo workouts, but the ones I've tried have been too long or too easy. Yours are the Goldilocks!
So thankful to find you and these exercises! I have been overwhelmed with where to start and do not plan of taking up major weight lifting for impact or strength so this is just what I need. I have been doing heel drops but the addition of what you suggest will be great. The varying supplement vs meds information was beyond overwhelming, and everyone gets so scientific.
I had been avoiding doing the stomping exercises that you demonstrate because I have osteopenia in my lower spine, but no fractures at this point. But then, I reasoned that the osteopenia is a very good reason to be doing them, because they could keep it from progressing to osteoporosis - then it would be too late. By doing the stomping exercises now, I actually feel that I'm doing something that will truly help to slow it down. Thanks, Dr. Kuhn!

I just finished. I’m gonna keep on doing it. I have had a couple surgeries and my spine was broken a few different places so I’m just starting to get going again. I have a severe osteoporosis plus Osteo arthritis and a bad knee right now but I’m need to start moving around. I’m too young only 56.
