Thank you very much for the explanations and exercises.

Can't do most of these excise because in that much pain .. its obvious you don't have osteoporosis ,you should get someone who has to show us then they will know it's impossible. You don't know how silly this looks when your not in pain.

I enjoyed doing these exercises with you now and will continue to do them. I have purchased a rebounder because I watched that on someone else’s channel so I’ll incorporate the two together and hopefully I’ll be able to build bone very quickly as I’m 71 and getting a few breaks. So thankful to find you and these exercises! I have been overwhelmed with where to start and do not plan of taking up major weight lifting for impact or strength so this is just what I need. I have been doing heel drops but the addition of what you suggest will be great. The varying supplement vs meds information was beyond overwhelming, and everyone gets so scientific.

I had been avoiding doing the stomping exercises that you demonstrate because I have osteopenia in my lower spine, but no fractures at this point. But then, I reasoned that the osteopenia is a very good reason to be doing them, because they could keep it from progressing to osteoporosis - then it would be too late. By doing the stomping exercises now, I actually feel that I'm doing something that will truly help to slow it down. Thanks, Dr. Kuhn!

Hi Alyssa, I have found your exercises. I have asked to process and 79 and have been exercising most of my life. The addition now of impact has helped me so much understand that exercise needs to be focused for osteoporosis. Weight have to be heavier foot movements have to be stronger And exercise must be consistent. Please keep up with exercises so that I can keep the bone density I have, and hopefully increase it. I’m also doing the alkaline diet and also hoping this will take the place of Prolia, which I just had my first njection. If I can keep a regular regiment know how to change my routines and my food preparation’s I hope not to have to take another injection.

I just finished. I’m gonna keep on doing it. I have had a couple surgeries and my spine was broken a few different places so I’m just starting to get going again. I have a severe osteoporosis plus Osteo arthritis and a bad knee right now but I’m need to start moving around. I’m too young only 56.
