For those of you who don't want to swap bikes out, I've just installed the injector relocation kit on my 2020 TPI with an ECU reflash, both from Two Stroke Performance. This effectively takes one of the injectors and relocates it to the throttle body. Couldn't recommend it more. Runs very happy.

I moved one injector to the reed cage on my tpi with a Pinit and left one in the transfer port. Doing that fixed the lack of low end on my 250. I also had a JD controller to adjust the fuel. It needed more fuel in the lower rpms. (Got the controller before the injector relocation) I also add 1 ounce of oil per gallon to supplement the oil injection but a remap that adds oil would probably be enough.

I have a 2021 Beta 300RR carb bike. I also grew up with two stroke bikes in the 70's and 80's that were either off or oh wow. I can in my late 50's ride the same trials I rode in my teens with my new bike. The power valve and pipe designs have changed two strokes. I ride mine as a dual sport as it is licensed. it is hard for me to imagine not having a two stroke again.

Great bike you have, I bet it is a blast! 300 seems to be the sweet spot for me too. That's cool that you grew up with the same bikes that I did, I'm in those 50s as well. I like the way you put that, describing how they were like an on or off switch, so true! They are different animals today 100% in a good way! So glad we are both on two strokes again! Thanks for chiming in and contributing! Ride on!

I just finished putting the lucky cartridges and national shock on my 2022 KTM 500EXCF. Night and day from stock! Then I make the decision to maybe play around with a 2024 300 XC - w. Convinced myself I won't need to work on the suspension to the tune of $3,600 like I just finished with my 500. It's nice to see a review from someone who has also experienced the MX tech suspension and compare it to the new 2024 OEM. My home should is that I want to go to the national shock anyway, but if the WP is close, it won't be as easy to justify that $2,600.

I have a 2020 300 XCW, I have over 4000 miles on it never had any problems except for the crank seal on the transmission side leaked gear oil in the crank case.

Knock on wood, nearly 200 hrs on my '21 Gas Gas ex300...top end at 135 hrs (didn't need it) and not a single hiccup. And everyone that says how soft the power is, doesn't understand how the power valve adjustments affects power delivery...the thing can be tuned in minutes to go from a mellow trail bike to a fire breathing dragon. Now, going back to the coil spring forks...that just might sway me!

I ride in tighter woods and actually like the softer map. I'm at 75 hrs and just replaced the CCPS. I was getting boggy and rich at lower RPMs. Love the bike though. Its a 22 EX300. I'm thinking about some TPS stuff. My buddy had it on his 21 and I've ridden it and like it a lot. Much richer down low. I want to tune the suspension first. Thinking inserts. Another buddy with the 23 (same model as me) has the brake tech stuff on it from the factory for that year, but he just popped for some WP6500 cartridges locally and had someone set them up. It was his first ride on them so I'm planning to check back in with him to see how he likes them a in a bit. Was thinking those those or the Del sagos insert. Not super unhappy with the AER and they dialed now, but when it gets rebuild time I might just send it for some more stable stuff. I also have a 13 300xc and have been thinking I might part it out and keep the forks and have them tuned with my shock on the new bike. I love those forks!

If that link doesn't work right, please let me know. It fits the gauge perfectly, but does require one wrap of silicone tape around bars underneath bracket to tighten properly but it looks good when all is said and done, plus the bracket is reversible so it can go on left or right side of bars. I can do an install video for the husky when I add it on if that is helpful.
