The most important tip sanket gives in most videos is .
    1. "Don't use too many exercises per muscle group trying to hit from every possible angle "
    2. "Use your energies smartly "
I can't give more emphasis about how important this tip is...
For me it's the best tip for bodybuilding.

Deadlifts are not hypertrophy movement, but they do help in strengthening the posterior chain muscles right from glutes to traps, everyone have their own preferences and each individual's body reacts differently to different stimuli, they is not a single one fits all approach, one needs to keep the basics right and experiment with different things to know what would be best for him/her

My back was pretty weak in terms of strength and size both by following the usual beginner gym bro pattern , but after changing it to smart plan ,it totally changed by back . I train 2 times back in a week
, and now I perform 4-5 back exercise per session
    1. Vertical Pull (Against the gravity)
    2. Vertical Pull (With the gravity)
    3. Horizontal Pull ( Different Grip in 2 sessions )
    4. Straight Arm Pulldown ( High Rep Range).
    5. Deadlift (5-8rep range).
You can skip Deadlift , but I feel Deadlift takes back thickness to next level and strength wise also it supports you in other back movement. So it's totally your choice

Hey Saket, Thank you for your advice. I'm not even kidding when I say I got motivated to go and keep on continuing my gym subscription because of you. Whenever I wanted to learn something new and the proper way/form to do it, I saw your videos. Its been 7 months now. My body has totally changed from how I looked earlier. I feel confident now. I went from close to 25% body fat to almost hitting 20% now and my goal is 15% and below. I stopped munching on junk food late at night. The only hurdle is my protein intake, being a strict vegetarian I am, is slowing my growth. Also the stubborn love handles won't go away. I am currently following the bro split but I want to change it now to push, pull, legs now.
My request to you would be to make a sustainable diet plan for vegetarians and Show your every Push, Pull, legs workout plan. Remember you are different from Other RUclips Fitness Influencers because we are able to connect with you as you mix Vlog with Workouts. Thank you for making such awesome Videos.

You spoke facts about all these things. I know most of the lifters lift to look aesthetically good so doing deadlift is not necessary. It has injured me a lot of times and I agree that it's FTS is really high.

Thats why u should always practice progressive overload. I do get lazy sometimes and don’t write down my reps but it’s really important. If you don’t feel like counting every rep and writing it down then it’s probably best to push failiure every set

beautiful video couldnt agree more on the deadlift part, back development isnt a issue for me and i love deadlifts so i include them on my leg days. Im in that phase of my journey where chasing numbers is fun (just hit 100kg for 6 reps I know it isnt much but its just been 4 months since i started training ) and want to compete in power lifting atleast once

    • @metaheisenberg
      @metaheisenberg 8 месяцев назад

100 kg in 4 months is a very good progress... although i am replying after a year, i am sure you have progressed to greater loads... i could go to a max of 90 kg with 3-4 reps after 5 months(i am in my 6th month of training now)... now i have reduced it to 30 kg and i am doing 10 reps with 6 sets... i am of the opinion that if i have good muscle endurance and proper form i can lift very heavy next time i try... i prefer not to listen to anyone but listen to my own body and take things slow... with strength comes muscles...

That deadlift point was very valid
As myself a seventeen, I find deadlifts quite tempting
My question to Saket bhaiya is that should I do them once a week for overall strength building?

I never pulled a rep max on deadlift but I have done 120kgs for 10 reps and after that day I have never done a single set instead I started performing way better exercises from a bodybuilding point of view and I have never felt so great about my back and thankfully I did this when I was a beginner

Amazing video man!! Interesting point you made about the deadlifts. I honestly don't know what are the benefits of it but I have been doing it since I feel it helps strengthen the lower back and glutes. But I think I have been ego lifting too. Its just cool to be able to lift heavy and post it on insta. I will have to give this a thought now. What do you feel about squats? Thanks again for a great video.

I totally agree with you. This really happens in the gym that we drain our energy doing things which doesn't give the results.
I just wanna add one thing is that, assume that if someone can do a deadlift of 200kg i would advise him/her to reduce the weight up to 150 kg or 140 kg and do 8 to 10 reps for 3 sets. This will build the overall back like crazy. Just give it a try once.

Following your videos since more than a year and using you MB coupon code as well😊, your experience helped me a lot in lossing more than 10kg so far. This information is to the point. Me too use the eccentric contraction sometimes in my workouts. It give good results. My age is 39+ yrs now. Started my bodybuilding journey a year ago. I don’t know where I will reach. I am positive in my mind. Keep it up 👍 all the best ❤.
