Great tips bhai! I would also like to add 1. Focus on strength in the presses. If you're a beginner, focus on strength in higher rep ranges and as you learn form and technique you can reduce the reps till 5 for strength. 2. Full range of motion: getting a stretch whenever possible (like on machine fly) as well as well as contraction. (Eg. On dumbbell movements) 3. Goes without saying, but do not chase the pump for chest especially at the cost of progression.

I came up with my own split instead of following a bro split and It helps me to train Back, Chest and Legs Twice a week and Arms and Calves Thrice a week. I'm new to gym so I'll change into a Upper/Lower split once I get in rythm.
my new trainer makes me do 7 exercises for each muscle, been training for 12 months, took 4 month break and now bake to gym with this new trainer and the results are below average as I get tired during several exercises and I do not feel any chest activation as well as i cannot increase weights and PR as i used to before, the previous session was using sakets's guidance and motivation, truly amazing, gonna ditch the new trainer from today only, back to before

5 chest tranning mistakes:- (i). Doing too many exercise.(do max 3 exercise only). (ii). Poor technic poor mind muscle connection. (iii). Ego lifting. (iv). Doing Too many free weight exercise. (v). Training frequency.(train chest twice a week).

I wasted a lot of time in the gym and at home too but I slowly learned things on my own with each session thinking whats wrong and tring to solve it any now Every session feels the best ever with low volume and high intensity. Always first learn techniques and form while also establish mind muscle connection with slow and controlled reps

My Gym schedule Monday - Legs Tuesday - Shoulders Wednesday - Biceps Thursday - Back Friday-Triceps Saturday - Chest I do chest on Saturday because my get Pains very hard for next 3-4 Days after chest Exercise, i dont know why this happen, for recovery i took it on Saturday. 😅😅
Instead of full body workouts and 48 hour rest my trainer uses a new method- Monday- chest and shoulder Tuesday- core and legs Wednesday- arms and back Thursday- chest and shoulder Friday- core and legs Saturday- arms and back Sunday- rest This way each muscle gets more workout time and also gets the 48 hour rest
We all know that two exercise are :- Inclined dumbell press ( 15°) and chest flys I been following it for soo long now and now instead of doing 6-7 exercise for chest i do only 3 and focus is only on strength And it give me results too
@@ujjwalkumar7151 chances are without resistance training you will likely to gain more fat than muscles so instead of bulking without training you should join a gym with a proper clean bulk(500 calories above maintenance),because as a beginner your the most prime for building muscles😎

When you do resistance training and eat in surplus of 200, be consistent which is more important because people follow this only for few days and after no results they quit, so ne consistent and definitely you will see result.
