Great information Ross. Love the Idea about "Less obvious" places. Made me think of several more approaches I could try. I'm adopting the "Get permission first, then get some equipment" style.

I'm lucky I've had land a good few years now because I shoot the lands.. however my eyes are now open to the insurance side of things. Great information here👍

The more doors you knock on the more chance you have, pretty obvious really. I once sent out 30 letters and got three permissions so a 10% success rate, quite happy with that. Keep it up Ross. See you soon as my new knee is in and working lol.
