      Yesssir! I used to have horrible knee pain. I learned a lot about my body and how to warm up properly.

    Have you ever tried hanging on the rim with two hands? On this 10'4 rim?

      @@thehairyman2745 I’ve dunked a ball and hung on 9’11.5” before. I did not hang on this rim or attempted to hang on 10’4” with two hands. That would be crazy if I did!😂

      @@thehairyman2745 I know a rim that is adjustable that raises to 11’1”. The weather is too cold to jump outside right now. I will jump again there soon!

    How did you become able to just this high? Any specific exercises?

      I’m not being too specific on excersise right now. I’m workin on hypertrophy then I will get more specific later on. The most specific thing you can do to dunk is dunk. Practice low rim if you’re having trouble on 10ft. I’m using 10’4” to get better at 10😁 Another good specific excersise is quarter squats.
