Thank you for this video! The video quality is excellent! I ordered this exact color combination and hopefully it will be in tomorrow or the following day.
Hi from Tampa! Looking at one of these in the moonbeam color. In some shots it looks silver and then some shots it looks more champagne. Its very interesting!
@@HawkeyeRides Okay, thanks for your input. I kinda figured the cream would get stained and dirty very easily. However, I must say the walnut trim looks awesome with the Palomino interior.
I’m 26 and I wanna buy my own first car. I have about 25k saved up and I’ll save up another 15k. I didn’t wanna go cheap or buy used and I was debating buying a new Lexus ES 350 2023 F sport with some new amenities. Thanks for the video, the only cons I see for far for this car is that it’s not AWD and that the Hp and performance isn’t up to par with the competition. Atleast the 2023 added ambient lighting. Will def consider factory ordering one. Thanks for the video! Hopefully you do a video with the 2023 Lexus
Don't discount getting a used Lexus. An L/Certified Lexus must pass a 161 point inspection and comes with a 6 year bumper to bumper warranty and 2 years of scheduled maintanence included. My local dealer has several late model IS and ES models with under 20k miles. I agree the prices could be lower but they will drop if they sit on the lot for 20 plus days.
@@Karma-hy6ki I guess it depends on where you live. In Houston I'm seeing L/Certified 2018-2022 IS 300's for between $31,500 and $38,700 with under 20k miles. 2019-2022 ES 350's are ranging anywhere from $37,000-$52,000 depending on packages. Majority of these cars have under 20k miles.
I test drove both 250/4cyl and 350/6cyl yesterday. 250 is noticeably loud. And it felt very non lux. 250 will be better on gas but I can't really get over the noise and lack of power.
My mom is the target buyer for this car. She’s 71. Definitely doesn’t want to hear exhaust sound or care about 350hp. People who buy this car want reliability and a cushy ride. She thinks 70 is fast. This car delivers what the typical es buyer wants in spades.
I’m 32 and me and my two of my other friends, all same age, have the same car so it definitely is for younger people who enjoy luxury smooth rides as well.
Agree! I bought the car for reliability and low maintenance. The 302 hp is plenty for me. I know I didn’t buy a sports car and it’s luxurious enough for me.
When you push the auto button it should turn the a/c, if not you can though the climate setting though the touch screen on the lower left of the main menu. Congratulations with your new vehicle they are great vehicles 👍🏻
@@HawkeyeRides If you don't use auto, just dial that temperature down and increase blower speed; you'll get cooler soon enough..also check direction of your air flow which is done manually if you don't use auto setting...
Just go the climate settings it will be there.. If you use the auto like mention it will turn on and off automatically based on the outside temperature and the inside temperature of the cabin.
The BMW 5 series will be the more quiet cabin but Lexus is close, the new E-Class is not as quiet, 2021 and up has increased a little in road noise. Nice to hear from you Joe 👍🏻
If you drive them side by side you will but otherwise its not a huge difference beside the seating. A little more road noise but still overall a smooth suspension with bitter steering for the F-Sport.
302 HP and only 260 lb-ft torque still?? Same engine as a Camry. And on this size car, they really need to up the HP and torque. Also why does Lexus have full leather wrapped steering wheel, but the heating only is at the 3 and 9 o’clock positions and not all 360?
The heated steering if it has wood on it, Lexus says that they do not put it on there because they use real wood. They use the same component for the full leather wheel.
@@HawkeyeRides - The F-Sport steering wheels are _fully wrapped,. Or better question… why do they use the same heating component for both steering wheels (wood or full leather wrapped)?
Because luxury needs performance too, why would you buy a luxury vehicle with a higher price tag that takes 2 hours to get up to the speed limit. When you drive on the interstate or highway you wouldn’t be able to make it with slow speeds 👍🏻
@@philiporourke7896 I never said it’s a race car but you would be surprised on some luxury vehicles you can’t pass a semi truck, specs help everyone understand.
just bought a white one with all black interior. love it for exactly what it is. got too old for huge performance had that in spades wanted luxury.
They are awesome congratulations 👍
I luv it, I just bought one and am waiting for delivery which should be the first week of June, ultra luxury package too of course.

Hello and thanks for sharing
Big cons for me is no optional AWD and back seats don't fold down. Other than that, rides like butter!
The drive is differently butter smooth Lexus does a great job with that 👍🏻
I have GS350 FSport and the back seats don’t fold down either. Real bummer so I feel you on that.
They make an AWD variant of this, albeit with the smaller 2.5 engine.
I don’t care about the seats folding down but I care about AWD and ambient lighting
@@Karma-hy6kiYou can have ambient lighting added for a low cost. My car guy added it to mine and it’s super nice
That interior is so good looking.. exteriorr too!
I agree 👍
I test drove this car with the 3.5 L V6 and the IS350 also. I liked both cars but the ES feels too big and the IS feels too small…
Maybe try the RC
Nice!! I luv this Moonbeam Beige Metallic…just wondering which Interior I should go with or which looks better. The Palomino or Rich Cream interior. 🤔
The cream is nice but keeping it clean can be tough and the Palomino is more classic 👍🏻
@@HawkeyeRides Okay, thanks for your input. I kinda figured the cream would get stained and dirty very easily. However, I must say the walnut trim looks awesome with the Palomino interior.
@@HawkeyeRides if you have no kids or pets the cream is perfect…I have the cream .
I really like the Palomino, I couldn’t get that Colour inside with the colour option I chose.
I have cream color in my ES..I'm the only driver and just can't go with dark interior in hot, South Georgia summers where I live...

Price point? What's the difference between price and price point?
It’s the same
Just a cool way of saying the same thing...

Why don’t they build the screen as part of the dash and not like a billboard towering out bold and ugly.
