Hey dude! A friend and I have done some car park freestyle, unfortunately I don't think my small town has any drift clubs 😞
The problem with small scale rc buggy is any small debris or obstruction makes it tumble and flip on its back. They are really for suited in controlled areas like carpet racing.
That buggy looks pretty cool. Sorry to hear you had covid. I recently had it and it sucks!

Not quite how I planned with bright metalic red and blue as I did a few dips and they went over each other a bit too much so lots of darker purple but still about my nicest paintjob so far :P .. can just see it in my profile pic. Was practice with my basher so can do a better job on my Racer's :P.. But yours definitly came out better.. I was afraid of white comming through as wasn't metalic so looked horrible on another car when I used it for a stripe as looks like masking tape left on.
@@brei.z plenty of practice dude haha, mine were not perfect either, I did find a few bubbles a few days later but overall, I did enjoy how it looks! 😀

Really love what the platform has done in all it's names from LC Racing, WLToys and now the Rlaarlo.. love the Typhon looking bodyshell too. Definitely a weapon on 3s. I have 3 144001's and they all cop a hiding. tough little buggies.
Not a fan of the front carbon shock tower being in the way of breaking off if you roll over but still...weapon of a little car that I'm getting for sure!!

It really is a great platform, I guess that's why alot of companies made their own models, some just did it better haha.
Given how light these are and how thick the carbonfiber is, I really doubt it would break rolling, I think maybe a super hard hit, but I guess time will tell!

I’ve seen so many of these and here in the US I’ve seen up to 54 mph on 3s stock which is pretty good out of the box on such a small car!
They're great little cars, seeing one go 100mph is insane! Haha

To be fair I don't think that's a very accurate idea of the speed due to the road services being pretty rough ,I've seen 69kph on 2s on another channel
