    David, another excellent presentation. These things are amazing. I paid $16,000 for a 40 Watt 10 years ago.. Damn

    Nice and good video !!! Thnx
    I saw on you’re computer screen that you had a white working area, me too but I would like horizontal and vertical lines on the screen, a grid with numbers on the site
    Do you have any idea how to set that up ?
    It’s a beautiful machine

    Thanks for review. Looks like great machine. I already have a M1 and 10W D1 Pro with IR module. I do mostly engraving but if I start doing more cutting I would definitely consider this machine instead of upgrading the D1 pro to 40W.😊

    The conveyor system does not appear to be available in the UK, another reviewer believes this is because of UK regulation’s. I think the safety features whilst largely ignored by most users are an excellent feature of this machine. That tells me you are dealing with a quality manufacturer imo.

    Can you explain how to get the best detailed engravings on the Xtool S1?

    • @Neo7CNC
      @Neo7CNC  10 месяцев назад

      I really depends on the source of what you're wanting to engrave. The higher the detail on the art, usually the better result.

    He engraves on metal?

      I've been able to mark anodized aluminum, painted aluminum and stainless steel with the 40w LED based lasers (non-infrared). It's not digging into the metal like a fiber laser does. It's more changing the color. In this videos examples, the lasering on the blue tag and black business card case left a white mark. For painted metals, the laser is selectively removing the paint. For the stainless steel tag, the laser puts focused heat into the material to change the color (annealing). Hope this helps and thanks for watching!

    How quick is it compared with the xtool M1

    • @Neo7CNC
      @Neo7CNC  11 месяцев назад

      The S1 does 600mm/s with a 40W lasers. I don't have the M1 but according to the xTool site, it's max is 250mm/s with a 10W laser. Thanks for watching!
