I took a couple of weeks off due to my feet an this felt wonderful! Learning not to go as hard on the balls of my feet before I build up more strength there.
Thankyou for sending me this Meredith. Some movements tricky, due to 2 left feet 😊 but completed the programme! Just diagnosed with Osteoporosis at 73 so determined to be the best I can.
All of your videos have been so informative and so well done. I just learn that I have lumbar scoliosis. Will you consider doing a video for exercises for that. The curve is on my left side of my body
