Hi, I have a problem when putting the shaft in. When I push it all the way in it doesn't like to spin freely. If I take oil reflector out then it will spin freely. Can you figure out the problem? I have literally tried everything.

It could be the o-ring behind the oil deflector getting caught up. When are you trying to spin it?
