    Pad Thai to Die for...love the Pad. Love Asian cooking....we are so lucky in Australia to have a multicultural society...my wife and I are really foodies and we get such a fantastic choice of these wonderful foods from around the world in our own neighborhood!

      Jeremy inspired me to learn Asian style cooking. I've learned a ton and my family is grateful for it. Such tasty dishes and simplicity. Mise en place is the French term for the "Wok-Clock" and I love it.

      Likely a mixture of vinegar and tamarind fruit

      The secret thing that makes it stand out is a sauce. I tried to do exactly the same ingredients for the sauce but the taste is completely different from.what i ate at a famous restaurant for pad thai. But im happy with what i made.

      @@stefanynguyen66 there are many little things that make a huge difference that you wouldn't have picked up on the video, wok history influence , the cooking oil, the tamarind paste and the mix ratio between the ingredients to name but a few.

    any idea how to find the softer palm sugar? I see the hard pre measured discs everywhere but I would prefer the one she uses in the jar

      Depends where you're from. It also goes by the name gula djawa. Any asian supermarket should have some

      You can use a any brand dry noodles that says for pho type (noodles)

    Where do you get the palm sugar like that? I can only find the little hard circles of it and it is not easy to granulate. I almost killed my food processor trying to grind it down.
