Brother i have tried content and failed many times. I run a marketing agency and we are doing really well. but when it comes to content creation i have not been able to crack it. I get exhausted while recording videos and also finding ideas has been an issue with me. How can you help here ?

I apologize in advance for my comment and I do not want to be disrespectful, but I think there is some kind of misdirection in this video title. Today your revenue is $13M/yr, but you do not have 0 employees. You have a full team supporting you. Well you can say that they are not full time employees, or that they are freelancers or even outsourced resources, but this does not mean you are a 1 man show. However, I can also agree that there are out there people running 1 man shows/businesses that can reach the same $13M/yr… but if they replicate your model they will end up also having a team supporting them. As a matter of fact you mention on your video “our team” which means there is a group of people behind you and supporting you. Additionally you mentioned on other videos that you have a Chief of Staff, a Customer Service Manager, a Finance Manager, a Content Manager, etc…. I can believe that in one point in time you had 0 employees, and you were successful and you build a framework and systems to support and automate your processes, but today your business doesn’t have zero employees. Again I repeat what I wrote in the beginning of my comment - I do not want to be disrespectful. As a matter of fact I respect you and your success a lot. I haven’t found someone online saying something with the same value as you offer (even for free with these videos). But I also think that we should be realistic to the audience and let them have the right expectations, and do not give them hopes that they can be a one-man-show and bill $1M/month to customers. He’s not saying he made 13 million alone. But you can make a lot of money with a 1 person business. He literally says, 30 seconds into the video, it’s not you running the business alone, but a mix of systems and remote specialists.

By the way you can have remote specialists and they not being our employees, but contractors…on a need basis. But what Matt has today generating $13M cannot be with remote specialists on a need basis. Besides that I can agree with you that you can run a business alone. You can even have a 1, 2 or 3 million usd business alone, depending on the product or service you sell. My comment was only that the way people read the title of the video it gives the impression that there is a way to run a business and generate a revenue of 13M with zero (0) employees. Maybe there are exceptions, because a high-end real estate agent can run a RE business with zero employees and get $13M in commissions, but it has to be a very good real estate agent and with a very particular type of properties and very specific and special clients. By the way I am not a real estate agent.

Your org chart at 12:28 shows you have a company, with at least 32 people on it. Freelancer, vendor, employee, contractor, or volunteer, they're all staff that you have to manage and pay to get leverage from to build the business you have.
