After backpacking through Central America for 8 months, I'm back home in England, working and saving for my next adventure abroad. Unbeknownst to me, Darlington is brimming with fascinating history and captivating stories. Yay! Arthur Wharton and all things Darlo. If you are planning a visit there is an award winning pub run by a mate of mine The Quakerhouse which is in the town centre and well worth a visit.
