I'm so glad James relented and they had a "whoa ho ho" chant song on the album. Fucking love this track.
I love this album so much. Vintage Manic Street Preachers. Having grown up with this band, I feel like their albums have punctuated my experience and provided a soundtrack from an angry young man through a politically minded young adult to a wistful man aware of existential dread coming to terms with my mistakes and fears that once held me back. I love the Manics, they are the band that just keeps giving.
Jack Duncan the music has matured over time but it still has that Manics sound.

Absolutely stunning masterpiece of a song, as big fan of MSP for 25 years, I can undoubtedly say that this is my favourite one of their albums

This song and the whole album reminds me of the early Manics.. I mean the 'Everything must go' and the 'This is my Truth'-era. They have a rare gift of creating beauty out of nothiness.. almost like turning water into wine (sry true believers, don't get offended, cause this is the only way I can describe it).

I’m glad that so many bands from my youth, like Manics and Saint Etienne, continue to put out relevant music. They have grown with me. Listening to this song reminds me of the first time I heard Motorcycle Emptiness. What a tune.

I went to see the Manics on my own (Leeds - May) this song was amazing and so memorable like the whole gig. I had an amazing time with real Manics fans. I’ll never forget it.

10 years ago I would have loved this. But today it's too painful, because of the tragedy and loss in my life. I love the manics, but it hurts too much.

This song is beautiful beyond what my vocabulary can express, im about the same age as the band recently Lost both parents other close friends and family, had a complete breakdown & hospitalisation from the negative effects of poorly prescribed multiple medication thats left me with physical damage/ disability. I'm not who I was.. I never thought it would be too painful to listen to a band I have loved since 1992.
Whoever you are , if you can, treasure every moment, I never saw this coming , and could never imagine the pain. Tell your loved ones how you love them, ask the questions, write/record the responses. If you have good health enjoy it as much as possible ✌️

Without this amazing band the world would be a worse place. They tried to be close to Ashes to ashes in this tune, you can feel it. Anyway.... what a moving chorus!

Awesome track, so good live as well. I remember the seeing the visuals of the lady singing the words at the Leeds gig. Would liked to have seen the band in the video a bit. It's nicely shot, but doubt it'll help achieve anything for the song on a wider audience. MSP forever!
