For me, there's something Zen like about watching trains. There's also the breathtaking scenery between trains for you I hope. Beautifully done, always a pleasure watching your work.
Thank you, I agree, just something mesmerizing watching trains and of course the scenery, that's one of the main reasons I moved to this area twenty five years ago! Thanks for watching my friend!
Thank you! This is 60 mph territory here, I love this area as westbounds are on a 1% downgrade and usually rolling pretty good! Thanks for watching my friend!
@@PacificNWRailfan 1% sounds pretty feasible for heavy trains. Oh, and you're welcome! I am looking forward to seeing more train videos soon. Keep up the wonderful work!
Great set of Potash & Grain train catches! It always looks out of place (In my opinion) when you see a UP/BNSF Consist together....maybe it's just me. Have a great day.
You are correct Sebastian, when the potash train first comes into view, it is basically at the top of the grade and it has a 1% downgrade for the next 16 miles. The last train in this video, the grainer that was in the siding, he got the train rolling just by letting it gather speed without any throttle application and by the time the DPUs go by the train is in dynamic braking! Thanks for watching my friend!
Thank you! I appreciate your work in bringing these videos to your subscribers.

Thank you WH_Railfan84! I have to agree, especially when it's a UP leader! Thanks for watching my friend!
I assume the potash train went downhill, he catches speed really fast with no big effort!
