    The solution to these crisis is simple and clear: 1)Let all the neighboring forces move out from Somalia, 2) Support the Somali national forces with resources need both militarily and economically to get rid of Alshabaab,3) all the neighboring countries should guard and control their borders from insurgents flooding in to Ethiopia, Kenya and Djibouti. Lastly, the international community should support Somalis to rebuild effective and accountable institutions that pave the for good governance.
