At7:42 I want to ask on going from 1 to 2 ,there can be two possible ways. You have preferred anticlockwise by it is also possible in clockwise manner. I am just confused about it. Pls clear my query.
If you go clockwise direction, then you need to go another round to reach 3 after you reaching 2, so after reaching 2 nearest way to reach 3 is anticlockwise direction

Ma'am Hume jis carbon ki R/S nikalna hei agar wahan pe five membered or six membered ring laga huwa hei Jahan pe koyi group attached nahin hei toh hum kisko first priority denge five or six????
Smaller rings have more priority so ,5- M ring will have more priority than 6 -M ring
Ma'am very nice video.. but there is a little bit misunderstanding like jb hum interchange kraty like ap ne 1st example mai 2 n 4 ka kraya so dat 4 will come on dotted bond.. then 2nd interchange m we should interchange 2 with any other group like 1 n 3.. or 4 with 1 n 3.. mtlb hmain is tarah ni krna chahye k 2 n 4 and 1 n 3..

You have told wrong about Fischer projection. The atoms/groups on vertical line are on the plane.
RHS of the horizontal line is above the plane, the atom/group on the LHS of the horizontal line is below the plane
